I felt absolutely terrible for doing so and again I apologize. Unfortunately there was an emergency situation I was trying to keep under control. Hi Thomas. If you had informed the front office, we would have been more than happy to fix these issues. The toilet seat can sometimes snap off. We checked the room, and the smoke detector was found in the dresser. It has been re-installed. Sometimes guests remove it without our permission. We could not find any broken wires in the room. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Your credit card numbers were different. You booked a nonsmoking room but requested a smoking room which was not listed on your reservation. You also had a dog which also was not listed. We are pet friendly.. However, there is a pet fee. We appreciate your business but you refused to pay for what you were requesting.
