gateway arch가 잘 보이는 호텔. 방 위치에 따라 방에서도 볼 수가 있어 좋았습니다. 다만, 움직이실 때는 우버택시를 이용하세요!

게이트웨이 아치 관람에 최적 위치.
미주리를 떠나기 전 게이트웨이아치 관람 등등 숙제를 풀기위해 바로 앞에 있는 호텔을 예약했습니다. 역시나 게이트웨이아치 접근성은 좋았고, 덕분에 주차 스트레스도 없었습니다. 방 크기나 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 끝방이라 기계실이 가까운 건지 밤새 소음에 시달려야했습니다. 체크인 때 요청했던 슬리퍼도 한 차례 전화를 한 뒤에야 받을 수 있었습니다. 방 위치가 다소 아쉬운 점이었습니다.

Great location! Close to Arch, Busch Stadium, and a mile walk to Union Station. Great restaurant on location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I was offered a $5 higher level and good view upgrade when checking in. I bit.. and was not disappointed! Room 1695 was a gorgeous view of the arch and river! My 15 month old was so entertained watching the cars fly by on the roads and the boats on the river. One BIG disappointment was $36 charge for overnight self parking. We spent 6 days in Tennessee prior to our arrival and paid $40 for parking in downtown Chattanooga at our stops for THE WHOLE WEEK. $36 for one night is absurd.

So convenient and close to the arch. Walked every bit of it and it was beautiful. The room was awesome and clean. Valet was cool, except you had to go to the next level to retrieve your car. Would definitely recommend visiting the Hyatt!

Overall, it was a great stay with one big hiccup. Housekeeping dropped the ball, when we checked in, we found a fridge full of leftovers, no moisturizer, the bottles were there but empty, no coffee, no blankets. After all of that sorted out, it was a nice stay, the hotel is right on the Arch and close walking distance to many sights. The Libby Bar and Reds were fun to hange and grab a drink or bite, the Brewhouse was closed, and Ruth’s Chris is fantastic. I will return.

Booked my room back in February on 2/2/24 and had a confirmation email and when we got there right at 4:10 to check in “they didn’t have my room” so they downgraded me and made me pay more for the downgrade. But the people that we were with, who booked the same thing I did and booked their rooms the day before, got the room and had hardly any issues. The price before the downgrade was $184 and after including the $75 fee was $279

We have wonderful experience we were assigned on 18 floor we enjoy the view, Room was clean and spacious. We have a good rest on a nice clean comfy bed. The we had dinner in Red Kitchen, the lady who serve us was very pleasant. My son was very happy and satisfied with his Burger.

Staff are friendly and prompt to attend. Valet service is good. Self-parking ran out of spaces during weekends. Bath tub was not functional. Room is larger and spacious. Some space should’ve been used to add storage. Not enough storage for a family of four. Dining options and in-hotel restaurant staff are good.

Very nice property. However when checking in the gentleman never smiled or anything. Was just stiff. The phone in our room didn't work. I called the front desk from my cell phone bc I needed something. She was rude and didn't seem to care or nor apologized. The vending machine for sodas was completely sold out on our floor and the floor below us. I had to go searching floors where I could get soda or water for me and my son. I finally found some on the 18th floor. I told the staff member when he brought up what i needed on the first day. They were never stocked my entire stay. The Sports bar was closed for renovations also. The fancier bar and restaurant was open but it was smaller and too busy/crowded so I didn't get a chance to have a drink.

Check in was fast and painless with valet parking. The staff was very nice but dinner at their bar/grill was a bit disappointing.
