Terrific building and location. Great value for money. The pillows were hard, curtain rods fell, and I couldn't find a kitchen towel. The internet was weak and I had to sit in a certain area to get a signal. A guide to the television would have been useful. These were all little and unimportant things because the overall value and location were great; I was there to see the sights not hang out in the apartment.

Lieber Siegfried, wir sind überrascht, von dem Parkplatz zu lesen. Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Auto in unserer Tiefgarage, nur wenige Schritte von uns entfernt, zu parken. Offensichtlich ist Triest eine Stadt mit schwierigen Parkmöglichkeiten, aber die Situation als katastrophal zu beschreiben, wäre zu viel. Wir hoffen, Sie auch in Zukunft als gern gesehenen Gast bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.Edoardo

Die Apartments befinden sich im 2. Liftstock eines Hauses, wo man mit einem Code Zutritt erhält - Wir hatten Apartment 7 welches sehr geräumig war Vorzimmer, Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Küche - besonders die Maueroptik der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Zum Stadtzentrum und zum Canal Grande sind es nicht mal 5 minuten zu Fuss somit waren wir sehr schnell im Zentrum auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man bereits an Bars und Restaurants vorbei. Negativ zu sehen war die Kommunikation des Preises für einen Hund - Expedia schreibt €5,- pro Nacht tatsächlich sind es aber €10,- pro Nacht und wir hätten den Hund vorher dem Betreiber melden sollen obwohl das Apartment als Hundefreundlich geworben wird. Und der beworbenen nicht servicierten hauseigenen Parkplatz haben wir nicht gefunden. Wir haben in der nahen Hafengaragenanlage geparkt, dass uns auch vom Check In Team empfohlen wurde. Fazit: Für 3 Tage Triest eine coole Location auf Selbstversorger Basis

Es gibt auch ein Missverständnis mit der Bezeichnung „hundefreundlich“ auf der Website. In unserem Residence sind Hunde willkommen, wir berechnen jedoch einen Aufpreis von 10,00.

Apt is spacious and recently re-done, but in a ‘cheap and cheerful’ manner. Some details missed- kitchen with no dish towels, fridge door doesn’t close properly so nothing stays cold, bed is firm and has only 1 pillow per person, no shelf in shower for soap and shampoo… small things, but all together suggest a problem with ‘guest perspective’

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Facilities were also very good. Check-in was easy even we arrived after normal time as clear instruction has been given in advance. Comunication with the apartment was also good. The only thing can improve is to consider to leave the WiFi code in the apartment - as mentioned above, we arrived the apartment later, although check-in was simple there was no WiFI code given and have to waite until next day to get it. Overall, very happy with our stay in this apartment.

Great Apartment stay
Great location with parking available near by. Nice to have a lift if needed for folks with issues taking steps. Apartment was clean and perfectly sized for our needs of 5 people. Easy access to sites and things we wanted to see. Staff very helpful and check in/out very easy.

Poorly maintained, not for families
NOT RECOMMENDED. We took 2 apartments for two families. The apartment was very poorly maintained - it was difficult to unlock and open the door, shower had broken floor, water heater was dripping in the kitchen. While it's advertised to have AC, in fact there's only AC in the kitchen/hallway but not in the rooms - it was impossible to sleep in the hot summer night. While the reservation was for 5 people, only 4 beds had linens and there's nobody to assist during after hours. The only upside was the center location.

Check in was a nightmare! Performed afterhours required checkin. Received 2 seperate codes, both that did not work. Called and text emergrncy numbers. Never got a reply or pickup. Finally, 1 code worked after about an hour. Unit AC was off and over 30c. No AC operational instructions. After an hour, got the ac on. AC never got temp below 28c. Note to anyone who rents. These are private residences with different amenities. The good was the am receptionist who was very helpful in planning our days and covid tests.

Ideal accommodation to explore Trieste.
Arrived mid morning and was able to leave the luggage and go to explore the city. Check in was quick and easy and we were given a lot of information to help us to further discover everything that Trieste has to offer. The location is great. An easy 10 min stroll from where we left the cruise ship and even closer to the train and bus stations.

Encantador hotel boutique
Excelente ubicación, muy acogedor hotel boutique con una exquisita atención. Desayunar en la ventana mirando el Gran Canal es una delicia. La habitación es amplia y bien equipada. La atención de sus dueños y los consejos que brindar para visitar en Venecia y sus alrededores son plus. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Volveré.

The location near the city center was ideal. We loved the air-conditioning since it was warm during our visit. Our apartments were clean and charming; the beds were comfortable.

Bom é bem localizado
Está bem próximo das estações de ônibus e trem, e perto do centro. O apto é bem amplo e tinha o necessário para cozinhar. O maior problema é que a água do chuveiro não se mantém que o tempo todo, alterna entre quente e fria. Isso, no inverno, é desagradável. Fora isso, vale muito à pena!

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal passaggio Joyce e a 5 minuti dalla stazione, questo residence offre appartamenti pulitissimi in una zona centrale ma molto silenziosa. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Trieste cercherò di soggiornare in questa struttura.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Theresa. We stayed in a studio apartment which was very spacious and in a fabulous location. We were within a few blocks of train station, harbor, town square and many restaurants. The people at reception desk were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Excellent well equipped apartment in a great location close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. On street parking can be a bit of a challenge but you can rent a garage with the owners for 15 euro a day. When arriving it is worth noting that reception is on the second floor as this can be confusing.

Urlaub im wunderschönen Triest
Apartment war wohl eher "basic", dafür aber das Personal sehr nett. Es ging aber oft was kaputt, war nicht sehr stabil wie zum Beispiel die Armaturen im Bad, der WC-Deckel, etc. Wir hatten auch öfter mal gekocht - die Pfannen und Töpfe hatten keinen Deckel, und der Gasherd mit nur 2 funktionierenden Flammen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einmal pro Woche wurde das Apartment gereinigt (gegen Bezahlung öfter möglich), aber wir wurden nie informiert wann. Das war auch nicht optimal.
