Very nice family-owned guest house. Owner and son were super helpful with arranging a private taxi for pick-up from the airport and also help with navigation

Great value - Located less than a mile from Mega centro mall, with many options of walkable restaurants and the Malecón located less than 15 minutes drive for good seafood and entertainment.

Loved the hospitality that was shown here. The rooms were comfortable and worth the money. Cynthia and Patrice were very friendly and made the check in and out process very quick and easy.

The stuff is very not friendly for someone that is not speaking their language. (owners of the hotel are nice though) Breakfast wasnt good at all. When I booked with them more nights, they did not told me that the price dose not include tax and a different rate on a credit card then cash. Overall was disappointing

Lamento decirle sr Yehos ha sido la primera vez que hemos tenido una experiencia tan desagradable con un huesped, su actitud fue prepotente, poco cortez, al extremo de tirarle el celular a la señora q estaba tratando de apoyarte, las costumbre de nuestro país hacia las mujeres son con mucho respeto. en cuanto al precio de la habitación desde un inicio usted quiso imponerlo, y no debe ser así.

Hyggeligt lille hotel, rent & fredeligt beliggende
Hyggeligt lille hotel, fredeligt beliggende og rent fint værelse. Vi blev godt modtaget og oven i købet kørt hen til en god lokal restaurant. Udover at værelset var rent og pænt var der også varmt vand i brusebadet (hvilket ikke er en selvfølge i mellemamerika). Hotel Baltsol kan klart anbefales.

Lo silencioso, la privacidad del lugar, me gustó. No me gustó: la regadera en mal estado, descompuesta las llaves, requieren mantenimiento. La higiene del baño requiere mas atención.

Excellent home away from home for single travelers
Hotel Balsol has a cozy, homey ambience that makes it easy to be there or to stage your trips other sites. Really friendly and attentive staff who will go out of their way to accommodate you with early check-in, travel advice, doing laundry, or holding your bags while you travel.Huge, lovely breakfasts. Clean, bright rooms with AC (some singles are bigger/more open than others). As a single female traveler I appreciated that the hotel was in a safe, quiet neighborhood but close walking distance to restaurants, a great gym, shopping and transport. Forget the big hotels...this is the place to be! I'll be back.

Très propre et très beau. Endroit calme et bien situé. Déjeuner un peu maigre par contre.

El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron a organizar el transporte aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y nos encantó. Para aquellos que tienen el sueño ligero tener en cuenta que el hotel tiene como puerta principal solo una reja metálica de manera que el ruido de la calle (perros, tráfico) llega hasta adentro, así como las conversaciones en los pasillos que se escuchan bastante en las habitaciones.
