조식 맛있어요 빵 치즈 우유 햄 다 맛있게 먹었어요! 방 잘못 예약해서 좀 아쉬웠지만 방 크기도 크고 좋아요! 밤에 도착해서 버스 다 끊겼는데 역에서 20분에서 30분정도 걸어갔어요! 짐 많으신분들 그냥 택시 타시는게 추천합니다. 저희가 짐이 별로 없었는데도 걸어가는데 힘들었어요..!

뷰하나만 좋습니다.
4박하는동안 바닥청소, 시트교환 등 안해줍니다.. 팁도 충분히 주었습니다. 하지만 청소를 제대로 해주지 않는게 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 위치는 대중교통을 이용하기에 불편하지만 30분마다 있는 마을버스를 타면 그린델발트역으로 갈 수 있습니다. 걷는다면 30분 걸립니다. 그린델발트역에서 호텔로오는 마을버스도 30분에 한대 있으며 18:44이 막차입니다. 픽업서비스는 마을버스 있는 시간대는 안된다고합니다. 사이트 안내와 상이하네요. 직원들은 그냥 사무적입니다. 좀 돈을 더 주고 산방향으로 숙소를 예약했습니다. 전망은 좋습니다. 다만 욕실과 분리된 화장실에서 약간의 하수구 냄새가 ㅠㅠ 층간소음 심합니다 ㅠㅠ

1. 픽업서비스가 3시 이후에만 가능함, 그린델발트역에서 호텔까지 가는 버스의 배차간격이 길고 언덕이라 캐리어를 끌고 호텔까지 갈 거리는 아님 (위치가 매우 불리함 차라리 조금 비싼 가격의 역과 가까운 호텔에서 자겠음) 2. 4베드라 했는데 막상 가보니 싱글베드 2개와 2층침대 1개가 있었음 바꿔달라했는데 4인실은 그방뿐이라고 함 (방 크기는 네명이서 사용하기에 충분히 넓었음 단지 2층침대가 불편) 3. 외출시마다 프론트에서 방키를 외출키로 바꿔가야하는 불편함이 있었는데, 9시 이후에는 출입구가 완전히 통제되서 외출키로 바꾸지 않았으면 호텔로 들어올수가 없었음 (잠깐 별보러 마당에 나갔다가 못들어와서 관리자를 깨웠더니 매우 화를 내며 왜 나눠준 공지사항을 읽지 않았냐며 잔소리함 돈내고 혼나는 기분 별로 좋지 않음) 4. 조식은 다양하고 크로아상이 맛있음

좋은 시설, 불편한 위치, 처음 겪는 서비스..
시설은 아기자기하고 좋습니다. 단 역에서 걸어서는 30분 정도 걸려 버스가 끊기면 불편하고, 직원들의 환대나 친절은 기대하시지 않으시는 게 좋습니다. 시설에 대한 만족감을 상쇄할 정도로 무미 건조하고 불편했습니다 9시 이후 체크인 30프랑, 11시 이후 체크아웃 30프랑, 픽업 서비스는 버스가 다니는 시간 중에는 안 해주려 합니다 대부분의 직원이 마주쳐도 쌩 하고 지나가고, 체크아웃 할 때 추 같이 된 열쇠를 눈 앞 탁자에 쾅 하고 찍는데 지금까지 간 호텔에서 그런 경험은 처음이었습니다.

최악의 서비스
The lady at reception was rude, and it seemed that she was only rude towards Asians. we emailed to request for a pickup service from the train station, but no one showed up. We had to call the hotel using a payphone, and the lady who answered was very snappy. When she came to pick us up at the train station, she looked grumpy and did not offer any greetings or apologies. breakfast, I was scolded by the same lady when i made the wrong selection on the coffee machine. It was very embarrassing for me at that moment as her loud scolding attracted the attention of every one present at breakfast. The lady expressed frustration and walked away, ignoring my apologies. Our experience was made worse when we were declined our request for the complimentary transport to the train sration. We were simply told that there was no such service available despite this been clearly stated on the Web site when we first booked the hotel. The lady told us to take the bus to trainstaion ourselves. We had to wait for the bus which only came in 30min intervals, and because the bus turned up late we eventually also missed our train. In fairness, the room and the view was alright. However the location is quite inconvenient unless you are driving. Do note that there is no air conditioning nor refrigerator in the room.

가격대비 만족합니다. 위치는 기차역에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 밤늦게 그린델발트에 도착해보니 대중교통 버스는 저녁 7시까지만 운행한다고 해서 잠시 난감했는데 호텔에 연락해보니 바로 차로 픽업하러 나와주어서 잘 들어갔습니다. 새벽에 융프라우요흐 첫 기차 타려고 걸어나왔는데 생각보다 멀지는 않았어요. 하지만 캐리어 끌고 걸어 올라가기는 조금 힘들 수도 있어요. 호텔에서 친절하게 날씨 등을 알려주셨어요. 조식은 전반적으로 무난했고 우유가 다른 숙소에 비해 맛있었어요. 숙소는 세면대, 화장실. 샤워실이 분리되어 있어 여러명이 동시에 사용하기는 편할 수도 있으나 익숙치 않은 동선이어서 약간 생소했고 방안에 세면대가 있고 작은 샤워실도 커텐 하나로 분리되어 있어 프라이버시가 조금 떨어질 수 있어요. 전반적으로 가격대비 만족합니다.

남편과 함께.... 융프라우 자동차를 가지고 가시는분들께 추천 . 숙소에 무료파킹 해놓고 가라시며 5분거리 융프라우기차역까지 왕복버스표까지 챙겨주심ᆞ 버스도 바로앞에서고.. 조식도good.

기본적으로 위치가 그린델 발드에서 가장 꼭대기 지점에 위치 기차역에서 내려서 약20분간 언덕길로 계속 올라가야함 슈페리얼 싱글룸에 묵었는데 방은 왜그리 작던지 슈페리얼이맞나 할정도로 의구심이들음 냉장고도 없이 미니바에 들어가야할 콜라등 유료음료들이 책상위이 덩그라니 놓여있음 서비스나 시설이 딱2성급임 그러나 가격은 싸지않음 벤겐과 체르마트에서 2박씩 더있었는데 가격은 여기보다 15스위스프랑을 더 주었으나 호텔 시설및 서비스가 차원이다름 물론 호텔은 4성급이었음 더군다나 숙박료를 결재할때 현금결재를 요구하고 카드결재시 5스위스프랑의 카드수수료를 요구함 카드수수료 요구하는 호텔은 처음봄

Everyone working there was super helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the shower surprisingly had fantastic water pressure. The building is quite old so you can hear anyone in a room next to you and above you quite clearly. The rooms were smaller than expected and a bit more “backpacker” style than what I envisioned. The location is up the hill from town which was fine for us (we don’t mind the walk) but we also had free access to the local bus that we took advantage of a couple of times during our 4 day stay. If I was in my 20s again I’d be happy with everything about the hotel, however in my mid 30s I think I’ve outgrown the elevated backpacker style of accommodation.

So weit sehr sauberes Zimmer, alles was man braucht hat man auch vorgefunden. War richtig gemütlich und angenehm. Frühstück war auch super, vieles verschiedenes zum essen und trinken. Würde das nächste mal wider buchen 👍😉

Everything about this hotel was great. We had a great stay, the owners were extremely helpful is giving us direction on what to do and whats happening around in the area. The property was easy to find - a short bus ride from the main train station. The cleanliness is top notch.

Amazing view of the Eiger from the balcony! Staff was warm and made our stay very comfortable. Bus stop is right across the hotel and guests get a free bus card to get around the area. We took the bus everyday to get to Grindelwald First and Grindelwald Terminal for access to various activities. Tickets for cable cars and other activities can be purchased at the hotel itself which was very convenient.

Hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing. Staff is very friendly, breakfast was great. I would suggest you get a ride or catch the bus. It’s just over a mile walk from the train station.

Beautiful view of the Eiger
Beautiful view, clean rooms, nice, hot shower, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Cappuccino machine, scrambled eggs, lots of juices, and various other things for breakfast, fresh bread and croissants.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum und somit sehr ruhig, Bushaltestelle jedoch direkt vor dem Hotel aber auch der Fußweg zum Zentrum ist kein Problem. Schönes Zimmer mit breitem Einzelbett und tollem Ausblick auf den Eiger. Die Gastgeberin heißt einen herzlich willkommen und gibt jederzeit gerne wertvolle Tipps. Das Hotelier-Paar sind ganz nette Menschen, freundlich, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

The property was very clean, beautiful and it was an amazing stay. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to give directions and options. Breakfast: The breakfast was amazing, the quality of the food was outstanding, the bread, milk and cheese was always fresh and local. You also had the option to make your own boiled eggs. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The options and quality of food was very good. The Room: the room was spotless and very charming. One thing we had to get used to was the separation of the shower and toilet, but it was an easy adjustment. The internet was high speed. Location: You can walk down to the terminals at ease. Coming up, you can take a bus that stops exactly in front of the hotel or walk up too. It was a good location, away from all the business of the terminals and shops but easily accessible. A very quiet and relaxing location with a view of the Alps. It was gorgeous!!!
