We were due to stay here for 8 nights but on arriving we decided to leave the next day. We had 2 rooms, both had no working AC. After getting their repair man to fix them it made no difference. They just blew hot air. In fact in all the hotel areas no AC was working. The rooms were 28’C and by morning with the AC on full , they were still 28’C in the morning. The hotel was either saving money by not turning on the AC units or all of them were not working. The rooms also smelt of heavy smoke or mould. One of them had fungus on the ceiling. The bathrooms were really run down, had a shower and the water just built up and took ages to drain. The decor in the rooms looked like it hadn’t been updated for 5 years. The dinner and breakfast were very limited choice and poor. The dining hall was again outdated. We went around to see the pool which by the way is just one pool with a retractable roof. So the hotel is misleading customers by says they have an indoor and outdoor pool. Th Gym again was so hot with no AC, no one would use it. I had to be on the a call to Expedia for almost 2 hours for the hotel to refund the money for the 7 days stay , they were refusing to cancel. We finally got a refund , cost me around £140 on calls. I would never stay here again. Really was a horrible place to stay.

De locatie was prima en het personeel was zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Het hotel is zeer ouderwets ingericht en het is er binnen (Lobby, Restaurant en kamer) warm. Er is in de kamer geen echte airco. Meer een soort van koelsysteem wat in ons geval de temperatuur niet omlaag kreeg. Wij kwamen binnen met 25,5 graden in de kamer. Na Een melding aan de receptie heeft een monteu me de thermostaat ingesteld op 5gr. Maar de temperatuur ging niet omlaag. Sterker nog in de loop van de nacht steeg deze zelfs naar 27,5gr C. De WiFi in de lobby was ok, niet bijzonder goed maar te doen. In de kamers was deze waardeloos. Het ontbijt was super goed verzorgd en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het personeel in de lobby waren ook super aardig en behulpzaam.

Um Ehrlich zu sein hatte ich mich Anfangs gefreut den Urlaub dort zu Verbringen , ich bin mit meiner Freundin in die türkei geflogen , ich würde im Hotel schlafen & meine Freundin bei ihren Großeltern , deshalb hatte ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht da ich eh nur Zum schlafen dort gewesen bin, als ich eines Tages vom Bazar zurück kahm und meine freundin mir half die sachen ins Zimmer zu bringen die wir dort gekauft haben, nach nicht mal 2 min im Zimmer bekahm ich ein Anruf von der Rezeption , wurde angeschriehen und sie forderten meine freundin auf sofort zu Gehen!? Es kahm sogar jemand hoch und klopfte wie ein irrer an der tür und Verlangte 150 Lira ?!?! Dafür das meine freundin auf zimmer gekommen ist um mir beim tragen zu Helfen , Das Personal wie das Managemant war sehr Unfreundlich!!! Man darf keine Besucher Haben , man wird überwacht wen man mitnimmt was ich meiner meinung nach!!! Zu weit geht keine Privatsphäre!!!! Aufpassen!!!!! Und das Essen war miserabel!!! Teilweise wurden reste die am tag nicht aufgebraucht wurden auf dem daraufolgenden tag wieder serviert!! Ich kann niemanden Empfehlen! Dort hin zu Gehen! Bitte spart euch euer geld für ein Besseres und freundlicheres Hotel!!!!!

Hotels.com üzerinden ön ödemeli rezervasyon yaptırmış olmamıza rağmen, ekranlarında rezervasyon görüntüleyemediği gerekçesiyle resepsiyonda bulunan nöbetçi arkadaş tarafından gecenin bir yarısı 1 saate yakın bir süre bekledik. Ek ödeme dahi talep edildi. Sonunda hotels.com müşteri hizmetleri ile görüşerek durumu açıklığa kavuşturduk. Tüm bunların sonunda otel tarafından ne bir kahve ikramı ne de bir özür alabildik. Oysa otel de odamız da kahvaltı da çok iyiydi, barmen ise mükemmeldi.

Hotel in Flughafennähe
Prinzipiell ist das Hotel, mit einer guten Anbindung zum Flughafen und der Innenstadt Antalyas, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider fehlt dem Personal die entsprechende Motivation das Potential dieses Hotels zu nutzen. Auch die Reinigung des Zimmers war bei meinem Aufenthalt ungenügend. Das Hotel verfügt lediglich über einen Pool, der sich mit einem Schiebedach in einem Innenpool verwandeln lässt. Dafür ist das Fitnesscenter gut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist groß, leider nicht immer frisch. Eine Empfehlung fiele mir schwer.
