Sheets were stained, got a new set of sheets which were stained but not as bad. Took the original set off and the bed itself had a major urine stain. Black mold in bathroom. Dust hanging from the ceiling. Several wrecked cars (not in driving condition) and parts laying around the parking lot.

The check in went well. The room was clean and slept well. The shower worked good. However, there was a leak above the toilet from the fan. I told the clerk on duty, and he offered to change the room saying it shouldn't be that way. We decided to stay because the rest of the room was good. Then, we saw the ceiling in the bathroom was in very bad shape indicating the problem has been ongoing. The smoke detector was open without a battery! The next morning, we were going to checkout and the male clerk was grumpy saying we didn't have to do anything! Here's the overall review. The place COULD be great if lazy owners put a little more care in their ownership. Its older but that's no excuse for letting small problems become major rennovations.

They stereotyped me as soon as they seen me and automatically were being rude they threatened to call the police on me for smoking whenever I have my medical card and I booked a smoking room for that reason. They refused to give us an extra towel. There was a whole in the bathroom door, the electric socket does the air conditioner plugged into was broke and on top of all that the doors that go into the building, do not lock at all I felt very unsafe.

Before our trip from Michigan I requested a Hotel with Pet Friendly Options. After traveling over twelve hours, we arrived to the Rodeway Inn. It was obvious it was Not a pet friendly hotel. There was no place to walk the dog. We have a small dog around eight pounds. When we were checking out the clerk informed me "Next time we come to not bring the dog. " If that was the case we would have never selected this hotel. When selecting a hotel we specified Pet Friendly. This Hotel was listed as an option when indeed it was not a Pet Friendly Hotel. The Lobby smelled of food, and wet carpet. There were air blowers on the main floor to dry out the carpet. On our next trip, I will not be staying at this hotel.

Staff was very nice. Property was a bit rundown and parking was extremely limited. The place overall was fairly clean except the towels had the most awful odor and the bed covers needed washed badly. We stayed during a heat wave so the air conditioning was running at max and it may not have been cool but it was alot better than outside. Was what one could expect for such a low price.

This place is a pit! Rusty lamp, damaged lamp shade, damaged lamp, beat-up furniture, wall paint on fixtures and switch plates, ice shelf in fridge is frozen over-can't use, caulking gobbed on toilet base. The owners simply don't care. Security door at back of property cable-tied open (meaning, open to anybody!), door closer broken so the door slams each time used (just try to sleep in until 8 AM - never happen!)

The beds were comfortable
This was labeled as an adults only hotel. No screaming kids next door :) Front desk, super nice. My room was at the end and the door leading to outside slammed any time people came in/out that way. That was annoying. They advertise a continental breakfast, but went to eat at 8 am on a Saturday and there was nothing.

They are very nice people to work with, professional, helpful and caring. It was a quiet area, the king bed and pillows were outstanding, making for a very restful and pleasant stay. We would use them again in the future should the opportunity arise.

Hotel Hell
We were given a room key to a room already occupied. The rooms were dirty and the whole hotel was unkept and not at all what was advertised. We were very disappointed and tried to get our money back to no avail. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I did not like our stay! TV and A/C didn’t work when we got into the room. The mattress on the king bed was sagging and uncomfortable. In general, we were not comfortable in our room. During the night there were loud noises in the hallway close to our door. Sounded like people arguing. I will never stay here again!

Don't stay there terrible
This place was terrible and first they say that they have breakfast no not at all they don't even serve nothing they have a area for it but it was empty completely the hallway smelled like drugs the people were very rude the bathtub would not plug and if you turned on the water in the sink it made a horrible noise the remote to the TV did not work nothing about this place was good it smelled terrible the only thing that was good was waffle House was next door and that's not saying much again we rented the place because it said that it had breakfast and they show where there's an area for breakfast but they never served and had an attitude with people the whole time you're there they acted like we were lucky that we were there and I was like really the lady that worked in the front snapped at me because my wife was going to sign our receipt which she's on my account so there would have been no problem but she had an attitude about it it was very rude to us and when they went to clean the room they didn't clean the room they just put new stuff in there and may the bed there is no cleaning they left all the bottles and everything which wasn't much but still it's just the thought if you're going to go in there to do something do your job I would not recommend this place for anybody definitely not children for the place smells like drugs

First, I want to start off by saying that the staff working at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is quite outdated, and upon walking down the hallway, you immediately smell cigarettes. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the shower in our room sprayed so hard. It stung your back. It was nice to have TV with lots of channels, including movie channels that we don't usually get at home. They did clean the room when we left, but moved our stuff around which did bother me just a bit. When we got there the manager said that he had turned the AC on, and upon entering the room it was so hot and took quite a while to cool off. They advertised breakfast but both mornings we were there. They didn't have anything, not even coffee. Aside from the staff being very friendly, this hotel is pretty bad. I can tell that they've done some updates, but they still have a long way to go.

Very clean, very quite, good price, super nice staff, the beds were very comfortable with thick pillows, the fridge and microwave worked great also. The Waffle House was only a few steps away and if in the area, I stayed 3 days, I will chose this motel again. Thanks!

I reserved a wheelchair accessible room; at check in, I was informed the hotel did not have any of this type room. Breakfast for 2 included…except there wasn’t any breakfast at all…not even coffee! Also no coffee available in the room. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean. The staff was very polite.

Not a good stay. Needs to be updated, everything seemed dated and old. Bed was broken could only sleep on one side. Lots of noise outside room until 2am.

It was great. Checkin clerk was very friendly and helpful. Far enough away from freeway so it was quiet. Other guests were quiet as well. Ran out of hot water before I was done in the shower and I don't take long showers. Did not notice breakfast when I left the following morning.

Nice people but won't go back
Service desk staff was very friendly, helpful. Room smelled musty with cleaners smell. Silverfish found between the sheets. Luckly before I got into the bed. Knob wouldn't pull up to turn on shower. Said they had premium movie channels but we didn't find them.
