룸은 전반적으로 사진과 같았고 위치는 괜찮았습니다. 대중교통이 가깝고 밀레니엄 공원과도 가깝습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 좋았습니다. 다만 욕실 머리카락과 바닥 구석의 부스러기 등 청소상태가 완벽해 보이진 않았고, 10시까지인 조식이 약 15분 전에 방문했을 때 이미 마감되어 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Located with a metro stop (Monroe) right around the corner, it was so easy to get around town and to and frim the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they held our bags so we could start our day in the city. Room had crisp clean linens and an updated bathroom. We were in too big a rush for breakfast, but it was nice that it was included. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice. Needs some upgrade. The worse was the valet parking. I waited 30 min for valet. The structure where they park the cars is about 3 blocks away so it took forever. Otherwise it was ok

The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. The public transportation is just around the corner. There’s plenty of food options. The staff were all nice. Special shout out to TERRI (I hope I got her name right) at the reception who checked us in.

ループ内の便利な場所。空港からブルーライン乗り換えなしでMonroe駅下車で徒歩1～2分。極寒のシーズンオフなのか、午前10時に到着し、荷物を預けて出かけるつもりでしたが「あと30分ほどで部屋が用意できるので、朝食でも食べて待ってて」との有難い返事。朝食有の予約でしたが、到着当日の朝食も食べることが出来て心も体も温まりました。24時間利用できる、セルフのコーヒーやホットウォーターもあり重宝しました。また泊まりたいです。

The staff were so accommodating! Valet took extra good care of us. Hotel rooms had tall ceilings & were so beautiful and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location was great! Within walking distance of everything - restaurants, theatre, shopping, millennium center. We will choose this hotel over and over again for our future visits!
