The jacuzzi tub didn’t work and the fireplace didn’t work. Bed was not comfortable. Front desk offered nothing to make it right. Paid extra to get nothing.

Our room was dated and older but still decent except the mattress! The mattress in our room was terrible! My wife got up and grabbed a towel to put under her looking for a little more cushion. I often wondered if the floor would of been a better option as the bed give much relief. So for that reason I’m not giving this room a very good review!

Super disappointed. The room was advertised as having a fireplace, jetted tub, and suana, which is why we chose this hotel. All three were out of service or did not work and we were not even told ahead of time or reimbursed in any way. Will not be staying again

Clean room and the breakfast is good. Pool room was nice too but the water was a bit on the chilly side.

We had a great stay! The beds were firmer than we’re used to but overall it was very nice! Would definitely recommend & we’ll gladly stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Loved this place, convenient to the expressway and only a two-mile drive to downtown. The staff was excellent! Didn't have a chance to use the breakfast bar but the food looked good! I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed a very nice stay at the Best Western. The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the casino was advantageous. Would recommend staying here.

Pleasant staff, clean, comfortable, secure. Enjoyed the pool & sauna. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.

Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, staff for breakfast was outstanding. Beds were terrible uncomfortable. Hair (not ours) in the tub and sink. Worst toilet paper in the world and I have been all over the world. Never, ever stay here over October weekends, the hotel was full of little noisy hockey players who ran the halls till late at night.

We had a lovely one night stay in Sault St Marie. The hotel is attractive and our room spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options which was great, though a gluten free bread offering would have made it even better! All the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Carpet in room was dirty/gross. Shower curtain rod was ready to fall off wall. Fireplace was unexpected but didn't work anyway. Beds had some sort of noisy mattress protector that made lots of noise when you moved. The whole place needs updating. Should be better for the cost. Probably won't stay here again.

Good food, room ok.
Our choices were few and this hotel was fine. It seemed clean, but there was a smell in the room that constant use of the fan could not resolve. The beds were also squeaky. They seemed understaffed, but staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

A handy choice
Pros: helpful staff, close to highway and services. Cons: fireplace in room did not work, hairdryer did not work, but staff found replacement.

Great place!
We were very impressed with the breakfast. There were plenty of options and constantly being attended to. The pool was nice but could have been warmer. Everyone was very nice. We would definitely stay again.
