This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful during my stay. As a woman traveling alone, I had concerns, but they took amazing care of me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the xhania area.

Excellent all around. The location is very strategic, the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel is truly a historical landmark situated in the Old Port. Special thanks to Evita, Ramona and Kostas. Strongly recommended

I highly recommend this hotel. It is steeped in history and magnificent architectural beauty. The staff were unparalleled, and the hospitality, professionalism is second to none. They were all absolutely wonderful and the best.

The staff were immediately receptive when we arrived. I have never been treated like a treasured customer until Domus! When I come back to Chania, I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel and staff were amazing. Especially Kyriaki, she was amazing in helping us find the hotel and checkin. Room was incredible and breakfast was also great. VIP ‘bottle” of sparkling wine might have been a small stretch (it was a small 375ml). Having said that, the Prosecco was a great taste and excellent brand!!

This is a unique boutique hotel experience with high quality service. The spacious room (we stayed at the Lorenzo) makes you feel at home in a historical place and offers a beautiful view of the harbor. The breakfast is substantial and made with fresh ingredients. Desk receptionists were beyond helpful. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Staff was great, personal communication , they call me a day before to arrange my check in and arrival, room was wonderful bed was amazing and extremely clean and great location. only one thing, parking is 300 meters away, i didn't asked and they didn't offer to arrange to pick up my baggage from my car (so I don't know if it is an option)highly recommended.

Amazing views, service, cleanliness and comfort!
This hotel was amazing! We had great views from our room, the bed/pillows were super comfortable, the room was very clean, and the service was amazing as well. The staff gave great food recommendations and helped with anything we needed throughout our stay.

Great Hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel the staff was amazing the breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant attached to the hotel had some of the best pasta I have ever had. If you go to the restaurant ask for Kostas he is the Manger and will take care of you. My only complaint about our stay would be the parking, the parking is free and offsite by the sea its a 5 min walk it was very difficult to find a space because of how busy the area is, some nights we searched for over an hour.

Unglaublich schönes Hotel mit wahnsinns Service! Die Zimmer sind groß, frisch saniert und wunderschön eingerichtet. Frühstücksbereich ist in einem kleinen aber sehr feinen Innenhof im Hotel mit Ausgang in die Innenstadt von Chania. Die Mitarbeiter und die Eigentümerin sind super freundlich! Eines der besten Hotels in dem wir je waren!! 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Amazing experience! Really well located, nice and comfortable. The breakfast is very good as well. The staff/accommodation were amazing. Loved breakfast, must be the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Beautiful and high quality toiletries. We got a taxi to go to the airport I just wish we got warned that it’s cash only.

The best thing about this hotel is the incredible staff members who are genuinely so caring and loving- the home cooked breakfast every day is incredible the rooms are so clean and spacious with a nice view on the water, and perfect location within the port, definitely recommended
