The room was accomodating and clean for the price; however, if you're a non smoker you will not appreciate the smell of the room due to they allow smoking in the room.

This is an OK place to stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The rooms are small. The bathroom was dated. I would stay here again.

The property is old but very clean and well kept. Check-in was great, friendly staff, hassle-free. Only stayed one night while passing through but would definitely stay again. No frills, just a clean, quiet, safe place to stay.

Convenient location (less than a mile from I-81 Exit #10). Clean, inexpensive. Folks who run the place are pleasant.

Clean. Quiet. Refrgerator was useful. Good housekeeping. Not smelly. Close to bristol. Very reasonable. Like parking right in front of room. Friendly staff. Stayed 2 nights. Would definitely stay there again.

I would book again.

It was clean. The bathroom fixtures are easily decades old but still work. Bed sheets were pink; anything other than white always worries me but they seemed to be clean and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent Value

It was perfect for my trip, internet, cable sports, and only 23 miles from the venue where i worked as a writer and saved me plenty of cash. It was very comfortable.

It was ok for a low cost place to crash

Stayed one night. It seemed to be clean. AC worked fine and didn't make noise. Pool was drained.

Crappy hotel

First off I got cheated out of A Lot of money. They charged me over $900 for 2 weeks and once i got there I met a weekly renter and They were only charged 190$/week. 2nd the hotel was in horrible condition and not clean. I will never stay here or even recommend them again.

Horrible would not recommend for my worst enemy!!!

This place is definitely not what they tell you it is. The pool is closed the rooms are dirty and the staff is extremely disrespectful!!

Nice folks, but the room was SO outdated that the lampshades were kinda brown and torn...bedding was orange flowery 70's look/feel. Bathtub was nasty, only cold water in the sink, barely trickled. Bed felt like the flintstones rock bed. No coffee!!

They have done a lot of work to the inside. The rooms are clean but the beds are a bit hard. This is a great place for a quick visit.

Outdated but worth value!

The staff was helpfull, friendly and hospitable. The rooms are out dated but clean. They have cheapest rates. For the value it is a good place to stay. The mattress is very soft, that was a down side for me.

The room was very clean. The mattresses should have been replaces around World War II, they felt like you were trying to sleep on a bag of old shoes. There was paint peeling everywhere outside and the gutters were all leaking in front of the doors. They do have a nice little pool that looked to be clean too. If you want coffee in the morning you have to go across the street to a gas station as they do not offer coffee pots in the rooms and do not have any in the office either.

Terrible

Not that great. I went to check in and they had gave our room to someone else so we were given the option to stay in a smoking room and my child is allergic to cigarette smoke and also has chronic asthma.

Good Value

Just needed a place to sleep for the night and this fit the bill perfectly. Room was clean, bed was good, wifi very good, TV service was good, and easy access from the Interstate. Next time I'm passing thru and just need a place to sleep. This is where it'll be. As a bonus there was an outdoor pool if you wanted a quick dip.

Clean & basic lodging

This was better than we expected. Very clean room with a good shower. Basic but a great price. Only stayed the one night. It was strange to have to get back on the highway to find a restaurant but not a problem. Thanks Orbitz & Skyland Inn
