Quick and easy check-in. They provided many options of sights to see in the area. Cleaning staff was really friendly and accomodating. Pool was great to use as well.

The hotel rooms are not sound proof , we are taking a international business phone call in our room at 10 pm, which is not so loud just at audible level when 2 professional talk in a room not laughing or partying or playing the tv , and the neighbour room guy , bangs our door rudely and shouts very loud to us to lower our voice , me and my husband got upset , and uncomfortable to continue our business call with our client and scared to even turn on the tv during rest of our stay because of that incident.

The set up inside the room was great for a cheer competition with 2 girls having to get ready at the same time. Location is good and price is reasonable for what you get.

We check in at Suite 112 Ground floor and we can hear the foot steps and movement above us in the second floor.

Hotel was quiet, no other facilities or shops , grocery stores for miles! You would need a car to be able to go out for any distance to go shoppi g. Very limited tourist type shops across the street ib casino. Hotel resteaunt had good food and friendly service.

Our room was perfect for our honeymoon night. Large jacuzzi tub and spacious quarters. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was fabulous. Close to everything too!!

Walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. We enjoyed the breakfast and the server was very nice. Our room floor was unswept the whole time. My son loved the indoor pool and I liked the sauna. Its was pretty dirty and unkempt in that area though and no towels.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The property was older, the pool had weird rules and we didn’t have easy access to it. The room was ok. Our shower was kinda gross and didn’t work right.

Smooth & early check-in, receptionists were all fantastic throughout our visit. Room was clean and updated with a balcony. Parking being included in the hotel price was a total bonus (typically hotels in the area charge $40-60/night)! Perfect location - easy walk to the falls and casino. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Will definitely stay here again.

Building’s Echo was incredible. I could hear peoples coming in and out of the hotel, their loud conversations and bags rolling all the time. More over Air conditioning unit inside the room was very loud. Doors outside of the room were noisy too, need some oil maintenance….. Not a good stay for me, would never recommend, I actually took videos.

Beds were a little firm but otherwise really nice property with everything you need and very nice staff who kept everything well stocked. Very clean. You also get a balcony with lots of space without having to pay a ton extra like at the other hotels. Parking was also FREE and accessible so you can run out to your car to grab something if needed. Really convenient and great value. Walk out the front of the building and you're at the Fallsview casino
