Breakfast was very limited with minimal healthy options. Elevator seemed to have a musty smell. Housekeeping was amazing and went out of their way to greet you. We stayed when the late snow in March, I was disappointed by the lack of preparation for doorways, entries and parking lot maintenance or prevention during snow.

We apologize for the issues you brought up and promise to bring up the related issue to the snow in the parking lot to our higher ups especially. Even our workers struggled! It'd benefit us all to have these issues resolved, so thank you for giving a honest review about them.

The staff was extremely unfriendly! Our bed sheets were dirty and instead of even apologizing they just handed us new sheets. If it weren’t for a specific reason we would have just left.

The property did not clean snow in lot was very difficult to park staff didnt care they were very rude.

Old and run down. Advertised jacuzzi but they said it was taking out. Found dark hairs in the bathtub. Couldn't get the blackout curtain to full block out street light shining in the window. Won't stay there again
