it was my 2nd time to stay here. i had only good memories, so decided to stay again, but a little bit disappointed from this stay. the mansion room's upstairs are bit hot. and quite noisy because of the sound of near road which was i didn't noticed when i stay 1st floors' room. but the food is all good, staff is quite impressive, all nice. if i had chance to visit penang once again, i'll definitely choose this hotel again.

조용하고 아늑하고 서비스좋고
가족3명 이용했는데 시설이 아주 좋지는 않았지만 관리가 잘되어있고 서비스가 좋았어요 전체적으로 고풍스러웠고 특히 룸안도 많이 본적없던 구조와 인테리어였고 무얼 할때마다 호텔리어들이 부드러운 미소로 응대해주어 좋았답니다 작지만 아담한 풀장도 좋았어요 조식은 많은 기대는 하지 마시고 과일은 맛있었어요 강추입니다

예쁘고 역사적인 페라나칸 맨션
페라나칸 맨션으로, 건물이 아주 예뻐요. 직원들도 너무너무 친절하고, 방도 편안했습니다. 수영장은 다소 좁지만 역시 예쁘네요. 다만 위치가 걸어다니기에는 조지타운 메인에서 조금 거리가 있습니다. 더운 날씨가 걷기는 힘이 들어요. 그랩 타시면 별로 걱정거리가 아니긴 하지만요. 그것 빼고는 아주 만족스럽습니다.

페라나칸 맨션에서 여유로운 시간들..
헤리티지에 위치하고 있어 벽화마을에 편리하게 갔습니다. 저는 별관같은 맨션에 배정되었는데 이층으로 되어있어 넓게 지냈습니다. 메인 건물에 위치한 방이 조금더 페라나칸 스타일 일 듯 합니다. 직원들이 굉장히 친절했고 조식도 큰테이블에 다같이 식사를 하니 좀 색다른 느낌이었습니다.

A modernized historuc mansion in George Town. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with period furniture. Bathroom spacious with rain shower faucet and room for 2 😊 Small outdoor lap pool that was welcoming after hot day of sightseeing. Staff were pleasant but clearly not equioted to run a hotel and service guests. Overall good value for the money

Penangの文化を感じる内装、装飾で、室内も清潔に保たれており満足しました。 欠点を敢えてあげると ・仕切りの上部は空いている為、トイレの音が聞こえてしまう ・プール（小さな）サイドのChairが３つしかない

It's the first hotel that I've checked out earlier than expected because I couldn't sleep at all during my first night. The room is really spacious and rather clean. But they don't have proper pillow; the pillow was extremely thin. The aircon wasn't cooling the room enough as well, so I was perspiring. In addition, the property is beside a main road and so it's always very noisy. I think the place should have sound proof window and good pillows. I do understand that it's an old mansion but if it is being converted to a hotel, much more should be done.

The mansion has been beautifully restored to its former glory and it was a total delight to stay in it. The staff are just wonderful, in particular Priya and Steph, who gave us useful directions on eating places and shopping, and were just so obliging. Great to watch the video on the restoration works.

A beautiful property close to the shuttle bus and launderette. The room was clean and has air conditioning. We were on the first floor and it was great coming back to the hotel as it is so beautiful. The staff were welcoming and professional. Would stay here again.

Historic mansion
A very relaxing stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location but due to humidity I used ‘grab’ to get around. Beautiful old historic mansion. Highly recommend.

The property was really well located in a smart area just on the edge of the old town which allowed us to explore areas we would have not thought to look up. The hotel is very spacious and cute, but the pool is the real gem, especially after a day exploring. Great dining close by in all directions

Pleasant stay
It's Penang, traffic is hell and parking is not plenty. And it is Georgetown so road is narrow. Those things are the worst of the entire stay BUT I find no fault with the hotel. It was quiet, the quickest, easiest check in I have ever had - EVER. My husband had to find tiny spot by their entrance so we can drop our luggage, all the while traffic is flowing inches away. They have staff to carry the bags upstairs where our room is located. Then he has to go find parking, luckily right next to the hotel, there was a spot but to get to that spot he had to drive around to find the street leading to it. All the while hoping no one else has taken that spot. The hotel itself was so quiet, I hardly ever see any but 2 occupants while passing the entrance. The pool was refreshing from the heat, it was during the time when they had heat problems. Yes, the stench from all those open storm sewer wafting up it gets really hard to enjoy anything, even while eating at those restaurants nearby. But that's just how Malaysia is. I wish I can pluck the hotel and put it somewhere else in Penang where the traffic is not as crazy and parking is not a stressful to get. Otherwise, the room was clean, the bathroom was huge and clean and hot water works and my boys love the upstairs bed. We didn't hear any noise from the nearby mosque. Actually we slept really well.

The rooms are large and comfortable with characterful decorations. Staff are available and able to give local information. There were water and coffee available and the pool was nice to have a cooling dip, though the poolside was not great for all day chilling out. Super close to the town but not full of backpacker noise and hipster establishments. The wifi in the room was weak and in an old building some noise such as heavy footsteps carries from other rooms

Tolles Gebäude und tolle Einrichtung. Lage ist auch gut. Zu Fuß sind Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich, wir haben aber keinerlei Informationen zu Georgetown bzw. zu möglichen Touren erhalten.

Nice 3 star hotel with big rooms for a big family. The location is within walking locations about 15 mins walk to places like Penang street, 10 mins to a nearby 7-11. At night there is this place called Supper which serves good Taiwanese fusion nearby. The pool was a great addition for the kids. One bad thing is this place isn’t good for light sleepers. The mosque prayers will affect you for a short while in the morning. Rooms near the road will also be loud as cars drive pass at night. Tip: bring a air freshener or the lobby could include it as the air was abit stale especially at the lobby. But overall it’s a good place to stay if you aren’t a light sleeper.

Staff, Muiz (sorry if i did not get his name right), was very attentive and hospitable for most parts of our stay. We encountered a faulty water heater, which was a bummer, because the stay would have been amazing. Muiz did attend to the issue but unfortunately it requires a new unit to be replaced and it was over the weekend. Overall stay was good. clean, cozy and homely.

Feel like an old budget hotel
Disappointed with the cheap amenities & toiletries. Towels were old, rough and yellowish. Room has windows but no views out. TV cannot be viewed from bed. Lacks attentions to details overall. Won’t stay again.

Deres personale var helt framragende og gjorde opholdet det hele værd. Særligt manden i receptionen, som kom med de bedste tips til både spisesteder og hvad man skulle se i byen. Stedet var også rigtig fint, med en skøn stil og dejlig lille pool. Sengene var desværre lidt for hårde og man savnede en dyne.
