Nice place with Beach access.
This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting in the future

Would stay again
House keeping needs some retraining mainly on floors im not gonna puck it apart (i own a cleaning company). But office staff was great location was great. Linens were clean and there was a little extra which was nice. Could have used a starter coffee pack

Great location on beach. Nice amenities. Might want to update/clarify amenities included in rental. Only toiletries provided was bar soap. Provided towels but no washclothes. No hairdryer in unit as stated. Overall, very enjoyable.

Great stay at St. Tropez! The property is well maintained and pet-friendly! Nice places to walk your pet for potty time and vacationers with pets were considerate and respectful with pet noise and clean up.

Girls just wanna have fun!
This location was perfect. We could easily get around O.C., BB, DB and Rehoboth. Dumsers (our favorite breakfast place) was not open for breakfast. But we decided next year, we'll bring our own and make it since we have a full kitchen. Had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your "home by the beach". Much appreciated!

Our go to Xmas location
This is my family’s go to spot for Xmas Xmas is great time to go because it’s quite and relaxing It’s our 3rd year at this location We enjoy the location very much The rooms are very roomy it’s like a home away from home very clean & well kept We enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and listening to the waves is awesome We would recommend this location to everyone we know Looking forward to going back next year

The location at 81st Street is very convenient. The beach is just steps away. We were on the 4th floor with a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean. This was fabulous and the best thing about the property. The property manager, Sara, was very, very nice and easy to work with. The amenities and furnishings were average. A TV in the master bedroom would be nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Heaven in Ocean City
This place is just lovely. The views from the balcony off the living room and the master bedroom are amazing. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was just magical. We had a lovely stay.

Nice location- no wifi
Were given wrong key code to get into condo. We must’ve played around with it enough that we got in initially but got locked out on another day. Listing said wifi included. We wouldn’t have rented it without wifi. Well it didn’t work. I contacted mgmt the next day and they gave a different wifi to try which didn’t work then another and same thing. I was told sorry we are busy moving our offices, well that was not my fault. We had to pay for more data on our personal plan and pay for a hot spot. The next day I asked again and was told they finally had a technician looking at it. I asked if we would be reimbursed for our data and hotspot, never received an answer. We discovered later that day that the wifi was working but no one had notified us. Condo was clean and great location with great balcony. Reasonably priced for a winter stay but then we had the added cost of wifi/data we hadn’t planned on

The apartment was very nice and clean. We had beautiful views of the beach from the living area and bedroom. The only criticism was there was little communication about how to into the apartment. A coincidental passerby told us there was a mailbox on first floor with our key in it. There was no office. So it worked out fine.

It was a rocky start but it ended on a good note at the end.
Thank God for Paul at VRBO who helped us get information and confirmed our reservation. We were on our way to OC and had not gotten any information about the place we had book. I was a little disappointed it really wasn’t OCEANFRONT. False advertising I feel but the condo itself was really nice overall. I would rent it again. I would invest in some new pillows.

Spacious apartment and very quiet. The apartment was clean except one room had a hoodie hidden under the bed I guess from the previous people. The only thing we are upset about is that on the listing it says Ocean view but when we checked into our room and we went outside there was a building blocking the view so we only seen the ocean from the sides as well as their being a miscalculation with the beds because one of the rooms stated that there was two queen beds but when we arrived it was only one queen bed so we had to go buy an air mattress

This condo is in a great location which is beachfront. Having two balconies was great! Having the pool located beachside was also great. The condo we had was very roomy with 3 bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Not all bedrooms had televisions. Upon arrival at 2pm we found our access information in a lock box right where we were told it was however, could not get in our room. Called phone number and maintenance man told us person just checked out and room had not been cleaned yet. There was no where to wait. No office or indoor place to sit. We sat on a wall in the parking deck. No cleaning person at property. Cleaning person showed up at 3:15. Had to keep calling maintenance man to see if room was done. Finally got in our room at 4:30. I was sort of mislead on the check in time. The queen bed had a very old mattress. Upgrades to the mattresses and pillows in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms would have made this a better experience.

COVID-19 getaway
The listing was accurate for the property but the check-in / out times were wrong. It was very difficulty to get a hold of someone to get the check in information. When I did through chat online everything went very smoothly. We arrived and the condo was very spacious with a lot of balcony space. One very large one facing the bay so the sunsets were beautiful and the other over looked the ocean with amazing sunrises. The kitchen had the basics, along with the linens. Bring your own beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be on our list of returns whenever we come Maryland. Amazing stay!!

Loved the location
Overall this was a nice place to stay, we loved the view of the beach and enjoyed both balconies!! It was just the 2 of us so there was plenty of room. I wish the management would have been more communicative on address of unit and procedures on gaining entry, I feel all of this could be done in a simple email just days before your intended arrival.

Location & views were excellent.
Area is ideal location.views from condo were fantastic. Disappointed with check in process.my reservation said check in was 4.when we got to rental company they informed me it was 6!!! Also could not use the pool.
