Service is good. Beach right infront. Food is good. Rooftop bar is great. But no soundproof from rooms nearby :(

시설좋고 가격 저렴하지만 주변에 아무것도 없는 호텔
시설대비 아주 훌륭한 가격, 그러나 주변에 짐바란 씨푸드 식당을 제외하면 정말 아무것도 없음. 호텔내에서 쉬려면 모르겠으나 수영장 시설이 썩 좋은 것이 아니고 작기때문에 그것도 비추. 짐바란 씨푸드를 계속 매 끼니마다 갈것 아니라면 비추 하지만 그래서 싼 가격은 추천 , 수영장은 작음.

깔끔한 호텔
저렴하면서 매우 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 바로 앞 비치가 있어서 아침 오후 산책하거나 조금만 걸어가면 오전에 서핑도 가능한 곳입니다. 주변에 해산물 식당이 많지만, 시끄럽거나 그렇지는 않습니다. 전반적으로 객실상태 양호하고, 특히 음식들이 대체적으로 맛있습니다. 단, 숙소를 하루 연장한 마지막 날 체크아웃으로 오인지 한 하우스키퍼들이 옷이며, 테이블 위에 둔 동전, 과자들을 모두 가져가서 먹어? 해치우는 약간 기분 상할 해프닝 정도? 그 외 직원들 친절했고 루프탑 올라가면 석양때 전경이 매우 좋습니다~

오픈한지 얼마되지 않아 건물자체가 매우 깨끗함.서비스등 모두 만족하지만 딱한가지 흠을 궂이 말한다면 객실에 딸린 개별 에어컨 외풍기가 발코니 옆에 잇어서 좀 시끄러웟음

The hotel is nice. The reception staff is very nice and kind. However, the food service (not the food itself) could be improved. We've ordered once a smoothie bowl and took 30min. We also had a dinner and oredered a starter and 2 mains with 2 juices. It took around 45 min and the starter came all together with the mains. We asked twice about our juices and had our dinner with no drinks (They gave us a glass of water after 50min). After almost 1hour they brought the juices (Fiod was already finished). They did not even offer any discount (Which is usually considered for customer service) until I asked for that and was denied (they told me to have a juice for free the day after, but I told them I was checking out) and they didnt offer anything else. That should be looked into, as 1hs for a fresh juice is too long..

Jimbaram is a dump don’t go there! The hotel is fine with lovely staff but the area is shocking. The beach is full of plastic and the whole area has been left behind in a big way. There are no shops or cafes and only a couple of rip off seafood joints.

This property has beautiful views of sunset from rooftop bar. There are very nice seafood BBQ restaurants just across the road. When I asked the staff to recommend a nice seafood bbq place, they recommended hotel owner’s cafe. This was just average. There are better ones just across the road. The property is away from central Bali and other happening area.

Our stay at Jimabaran Bay Beach Hotel & Spa was excellent! The facilities were kept well, and the staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Super-fast walk to Jimbaran Beach (just across the street) for great seafood. This was was a great place to relax for our last few days on Bali!

Måtte bytte rom da aircondition begynte å spytte ut isbiter. Meget lytt på rommet vi byttet til. Rommene er meget små, og lite plass til å legge kofferter fra seg. Sand i seng ble ikke vasket og ble liggende i dette to netter.. Absolutt ikke et 4,5-stjerners hotell, maks 4 på en god dag.

Le pire hôtel durant nos vacances. Horriblement bruyant . Nous sommes restées 2 nuits. Nous n'avons même pas pu profiter du rooftop lors du coucher de soleil car les 2 soirs il y avait un événement avec des locaux et l'on s'est fait refoulé quand on a voulu prendre une photo du sunset. La piscine a une partie ensoleillée seulement et à partir de 14h elle est complètement à l'ombre.... Le petit déjeuner est quantitatif mais pas qualitatif . Les pains au chocolat étaient très secs. Attention au prix des plats affichés, des taxes sont ajoutées, pour un plat à 3€ ils m'ont facturé 2€ de plus ! Les chambres sont simples avec un tout petit balcon dotés d'un seul tabouret ! Je ne comprends pas les 4 étoiles de ce complexe. Nous avons été terriblement déçues. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Grounds and room were beautifully maintained. I had slight trouble with my room key, and the view wasn't of the beach. I believe there may need to be updates needed for the website's photos. But overall my stay was great.

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Eindruck einen sehr schönen Eindruck. Pool und Empfangshalle ist sehr schön aus und die Zimmer sind auch völlig okay. Leider hat der Abfluss in unserem Zimmer etwas penetrant gerochen. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und an diesem Tag war die Dachterrasse leider wegen einer Hochzeit gesperrt. Sehr schade, da die Dachterrasse auch ein Grund für meine Buchung war. Für den Preis aber trotzdem völlig okay.

This hotel was lovely. Cute pool area with swim up bar. Nice rooms open rooms. Great service and friendly staff. The spa was simple and relaxing. Good food with lots of options at the restaurant. Wonderful sunset views on the roof. Transportation options.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was abysmal. Let's start with the first room they tried to put us it. It was connected to another room and we could clearly hear the person scrolling through TikTok in the room that was connected. There was no chance of anyone feeling okay sleeping in a room like this. Especially when they are branding it as a "luxury experience" for the same price during this trip we have been able to book Villa style rooms disconnected from anyone. Also, this room had a horrible stench in it like it was a smoking room at one point that someone sprayed air freshener in 10 minutes before we walked in. Luckily they were able to put us in another room that was not connected to another room. We decided to just bite the bullet and go get one of the complimentary free drinks on the roof balcony that we were offered. This is where we learned the free drinks are actually for juices like apple juice, not a cocktail. it would have felt better if they just didn't offer any "free drinks" at all. Oh well, let's at least look at the awesome view on the roof and relax for a moment. NOPE. Someone had reserved the whole area with the view on the roof. that night we learned that it is actually the walls that are incredibly thin. We could hear people all the way down the hall and would wake up every morning clearly hearing any activity in the hall or the room next to us. We decide to stay somewhere else the entire time even though we cant get a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

There are Balinese paintings, but no Balinese connection with the unique Balinese culture . The balinese people are gentle ,very polite and very giving. Coming to Bali is a privilege. You can learn just a few greetings in Balinese and you will be given every help with a beautiful smile and you will belong. This Hotel does nothing to promote or give back to Balinese culture.

The place is a little bit from other so you need a cab if you wanna see more of Bali. Ecept of that, the staff is amazing. The Pool is Nice! And if you like other things than seafood just eat at the hotel :)

I was very disappointed. The property needs some work, which I was expecting, but not to this extent. The room was also not clean, and you can hear people next door as well as outside in the temple. The window blinds didn’t close all the way. There was hair all over the bathroom when I came in. Towels are very very old and they don’t even provide a hand towel. I would say this is a 2 star at best now. I’m sure it was much better before but it needed a renovation 10 years ago.
