We appreciate your feedback regarding our island Wi-Fi connection. The wi-fi packages are structured so as to provide the most value. Rest assured that we would be looking into your suggestions. At Kuredu, we provide 500MB of complimentary WiFi for our guests, as well as ‘optional’ packages for our guests who would prefer unlimited internet access. Internet broadband facilities on a secluded island are unfortunately limited compared to mainland destinations, but some guests are saying it is a fortunate luxury to get disconnected for a while. I was honestly disappointed to learn that you have experienced a rather unsatisfactory interaction with a member of our team. I would like to duly apologize for any inconvenience caused and to assure you that this issue will be addressed accordingly with the respective department involved for improvement. Our Executive Chef, Warren Moore, and his team always go above & beyond to ensure that we exceed our guests’ expectations. We have 13 different Theme Nights for dinner, which feature over 400 different dishes that offers our guests the opportunity to experience a wide variety of International flavours and textures from around the world. It is regret to know that you feel the food choices are not up to your expectation. As countless reviews on this review site mention, our guest love how varied and healthy our food selection is, despite the fact that the majority of food & beverage is imported into the Maldives at quite high cost. This said, we aim to provide world class food quality standards with the finest freshest ingredients. Regards to the healthy food selection I have shared your comments with our Executive Chef.
