stay at Marriott Nai Yang was nice
I chose this hotel because I needed one close enough to the airport. It was indeed close which was convenient. The view, the pool, access to the beach, quality of breakfast buffet, and guest services were all great. Be aware there is no elevator, at least that I know of, but they help you w your luggage both ways.

조용하고 너무 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했다. 다시 가고 싶은 호텔이며, 시내와 좀 떨어져있지만 그랩을 이용해서 그렇게 불편하다는 생각은 없었다. 오는날 비행시간이 10시였는데, 작은방을 6시까지 무료로 배려해주어 편하게 머물렀다.

태교여행으로 다녀온 푸켓 메리어트 나이양 리조트는 일단 공항에서 가까운 위치와 비교적 최근에 지어진만큼 리조트 전반적으로 깨끗하고 룸 컨디션도 좋아요. 모기도 없고 청소도 잘 되어 있습니다. 풀 엑세스 룸 타입은 테라스에서 바로 수영장에 들어갈수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 굳이 아쉬운점을 꼽자면 낮에는 썰물로 해변가에 물이 거의 다 빠져서 해변 수영을 하려면 나이양 빌리지 쪽 해변가로 가야 한다는 점. 해변 모래나 물이 너무너무 깨끗해서 바다 수영도 강추합니다.

쉬기 좋은 시설 좋은 리조트
공항에서 가까운(10분) 너무 깨끗한 리조트입니다. 사람도 많지 안고 수영장과 비치바가 충분히 좋습니다. 해변과 붙어 있어 바다에 가기도 좋으며 바다 깊이가 깊지 않아 재미있게 놀 수 있습니다.

전반적으로 만족했으나 아쉬운 부분이 몇 가지 있었습니다.
우선 이 호텔은 한국인 리뷰가 많지 않기에 앞으로 한국분들에게 도움이 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 공항에서 택시로 약 15분 정도 떨어져 있습니다. 대로변에 있지 않고 굽이굽이 들어가는데, 이런 곳에 호텔이? 하는 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 아늑하고 깔끔합니다. 컨시어지 또한 친절합니다. 수영장 또한 모든 객실동 1층에 연결되어있어, 풀엑세스룸으로 신청하시는 분들은 수영장 이용이 상당히 용이할 것 같습니다. 다만 몇 가지 문제점 때문에 컨시어지에 컴플레인을 거는 상황이 발생했으나, 개인적인 문제였기 때문에 큰 문제는 되지 않을 듯 합니다. 또한 이러한 문제해결에 있어 굉장히 친절하고 대응도 좋습니다. 나이양비치 시내로 나가려면 무조건 택시를 이용해야 하며, 딱히 무언가 할 것이 없습니다. 호텔 내에서 휴양하고 놀기에는 정말 좋은 호텔입니다.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. I traveled with my family. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurants at the hotel offered a variety of food options. The atmosphere was ideal for a romantic dinner with my husband. Just perfect! Highly recommended and I absolutely will return again.

The place is very far from the local town and you are pretty much stuck here. Beautiful property and helpful staff, the beach is not very attractive, breakfast is superb but dinner has very limited choice and very expensive.

全てが清潔で整っていた。 唯一、ベットにダニがいて2泊で十数箇所刺されたのは苦い思いで。同じベットで寝ていた長女も刺された。もう一つのベットで寝ていた妻と次女は問題なし。

Our first stay in Phuket and this is a fantastic location. We weren’t central in the craziness of Phuket but we loved being here. Nice and quite amazing food. 3 different options for restaurants and they were so wonderful with celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommend. Staff were amazing.

The breakfast was great. Staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful. The a/c was okay but wouldn’t go below 72 degrees so the room was a bit warm. Wish dinner at the restaurants had more food options for vegetarians.

The hotel listing is highly misleading. I’m also very disappointed at expedia for not helping us in resolving the issue as we desperately wanted to leave. We booked four rooms and paid premium for them-almost double what other people at the hotel paid. Our rooms were changed/ upgraded however honestly it was more of the same. The beach is awful, water is a Mile away- look on google maps. There is construction on the beach. The staff are absolutely useless! Service is atrocious. You also see and hear planes landing constantly, even throughout the night. Compared to other places we have stayed at in Thailand this truly is the worst. Marriot should be ashamed of themselves. Also note the town is about an hour away due to traffic. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyway. The pool is also overrun with children on hideously large floats- more like Thomas cook kind of place. Just horrid! Please do your research before booking!
