열악한 부속건물
4성급의 호텔로 큰 기대를 하였지만 메인건물(현관에 4성급 표시됨, 방 6개)이 아닌 방 3개가 있는 부속건물(메인건물에서 50m 정도 떨어짐, 현관에 성급 표시도 없음)에 예약 주소가 부속건물이라고 하여 상당히 실망스러웠음. 조식 경우 오전 7시반까지에도 준비가 되어있지 않았으며 그 흔한 베이컨과 스크램블드 등, 따뜻한 음식이 전혀 없었음. 호텔닷컴에서 과연 이 호텔이 4성급인지 정확한 평가를 요청함.

구시가내에 있어서 렌트카의 경우 근처로 나와주십니다. 파킹후 카트를 타고 짐을 옮겨주셔서 좋았고 무척 친절합니다. 조식은 객실수가 적은 만큼 아주 간단함. 그러나 충분합니다.

The staffs are so kind. And the room was really beautiful and comfortable. Location was good too. The best hotel i’ve ever visited in Crotia.

한달 유럽 여행중 2박3일을 머물렀는데 가장 아름다운 호텔이었다. 직원들이 너무 친절하고 위치도 아주 좋았다

스플리트 성안에 위치한 이 호텔은 방이 3개인 부띠크 호텔이다. 이 호텔건물의 역사는 무려 3세기까지 올라간다고 한다. 아주 오래된 건물이지만 깨끗하고 사용하기 좋게 리노베이션을 해서 좋았다. 주차장이 걸어서 9분 정도 거리에 있지만 미리 연락하면 직원이 기다리고 있다가 골프카트로 호텔까지 라이드를 준다. 성안에 있어 주요관광지와 접근성이 아주 좋다. 직원들이 친절하고 아침식사는 신선한 과일과 빵등을 준비해 준다.

또 다시 묵고싶은 숙소
올드타운 안쪽에 위치하여 관광하기에도 적절하였고 체크인, 아웃시 주차장까지 픽업서비스를 제공해주었으며, 룸컨디션은 아늑하고 중세시대에 온것 같은 느낌이 들어서 좋았음. 직원중 Sanja의 세심한 안내(맛집, 관광포인트, 투어추천 등)가 정말 훌륭하였음.

Perfect accomodation to stay in Split
Lovely hotel managed by family and which I can feel their warm heart. Breakfast was fantastic and obviously they prepare with affection. Location is also really good to access both old town and port. Even it's convenient to park car in the safe garage with reasonable charge.

너무나 만족스러운 숙박! 강력 추천입니다.
이번 크로아티아 여행 중 최고의 호텔 중 하나로 모든 직원들이 너무 친절하였습니다. 버스터미널로 픽업 요청을 하였는데, 시간에 맞춰서 직원이 나와 에스코트하여 호텔로 데리고 갔습니다. 물론 체크 아웃 할 때도 캐리어 이동을 도와주며 버스터미널까지 데려다 주었습니다. 호텔에 도착하자 마다 스플리트를 어떻게 여행해야 할지에 대한 아주 상세한 설명과 식당들을 추천을 해 주었고, 추천해준 식당들 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 룸 상태도 훌륭하고, 조식도 깔끔하게 준비되어 있습니다.

Excellent staff. Breakfast in the courtyard was generous with unlimited coffee. The window in the room overlooked the courtyard and let in soft light. A great quiet stay.

Excellent service at boutique in heart of Split
This is a six-room boutique, with a modern update featuring some original wood and stonework. The airport transfer and advice from the front desk were top notch. The morning breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was a quiet 6-room property with exeptionally good service. The location was perfect and everything was easy to reach. Not suitable to people with disabilities (no lift) and maybe not for small children but very suitable for couples who want a city holiday.

IT IS A BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED 13TH CENTURY PROPERTY IN THE CENTER OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT. WE HAD A RENTAL CAR AND THEY ARRANGED FOR PARKING AND MET AND LATER ESCORTED US TO & FROM THE GARAGE. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Yvonne was an absolute delight! We stayed here twice on our trip because we loved it so much. Location is great, hotel room is large by European standards. We ended up having a flight delay and she was able to get us a last minute accommodation for the night. Breakfast was really good. We will be back!

Everything about this property is top notch. We loved being inside the walls of the palace and the unit we were provided was clean and full of charm. We highly recommend this property. One warning though…….do not book any private tours through the hotel. They extract a hefty booking fee that is not appropriate relative to what the guide is actually paid. That being said, the guide we were provided was excellent!

My husband and I loved this property! The service was excellent, the room was great, and you couldn’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Parking is the only thing that was a little difficult but even that wasn’t too bad. Breakfast in the morning was a real treat and included as well. Would definitely recommend!

Located right inside the 3rd century Dioclesian Palace, this quaint, historic and charming tiny hotel was a fun place to stay during our visit to Split, Croatia. The staff were most accommodating, and although elevators are not allowed in this UNESCO location, there was always help available if needed.

Loved the convenient location of this property. The staff (especially Marianna (sp?) was so helpful with recommendations. We weren’t able to make breakfast both mornings we were there and they made us take away breakfast. The only down side is the noise but it can’t be helped when you are staying in the city. Grab some ear plugs :) Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff could not do enough for you. They were all so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and an added bonus of being able to help yourself to coffee and snacks throughout the day. It was a wonderful place and i can not praise it enough. If i return to Split i will be back

We had a wonderful two night stay at Villa Split heritage hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Split.

Villa Split Heritage Hotel a gem in Split Old City
The room was terrific! Even though it was in the old city everything was updated. The breakfast was amazing and being able to walk out of your room and be in the old city was fabulous. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Mariana even met us at the parking garage and escorted us to the hotel. She told us interesting facts about the city and places to see. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It couldn't have been better.

Perfect hotel in amazing location.
We loved everything about this hotel! All the employees were so friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect in the old town and the building had so much charm. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of options. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing friendly hotel within the historic palace
Amazing all around! Pristine condition. Located at the heart of the Docletian palace. Very friendly personnel. Nice little inside garden for breakfast (which is included and plentiful) or just having a rest. One of the highlights of our trip to Croatia.

Incredible service, lovely rooms, great location!
The service from the entire team was above and beyond! We were met at the parking garage, escorted to the hotel (short walk from parking). Lovre provide great recommendations for restaurants in the area and he was spot on! Breakfast was delicious, again, service was spectacular. Ivona assisted us with our departure details to the ferry and made sure we had assistance getting our luggage back to the parking garage. Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to all major sites, restaurants, and waterfront. The only negative would be there is not an elevator, if you have trouble with stairs that is a consideration, although the hotel is small, so it’s still very manageable & the hotel staff helps with luggage coming and going. Great job, you truly were a memorable part of our stay in Split. Highly recommend!!
