The are friendly, housekeeping great service.
The only thing is lack of salespeople, the front don’t explain or sales there’s hotel products, the restaurant, pool, health club. Nor the room service.the front office staff lack care. Make the guest feel at home. I comeback twice. They treated as clients with calling your name nor how s your day. The breakfast service needs the foods and juices are fully prepared. I stayed twice in the hotel. I noticed some food in buffet are empty. I call the attention of the servers the foods and juice are emptied. There were three staffs busy finding the Room number and greeting the guest but they ignored the buffet area. Lack of awareness. Other that issue. The hotel is great in cleanliness, walkable, transportation and convenience to restaurants and grocery and shops
