Good day.We've never had elevators, nor we indicate anywhere that we do.Acces to the beach is closed at 9:00pm, bar closes at 8:00pm, and lights in the palapa go out at 10:00pm, we do not know where you got 7:00pm from, but if you had an issue with anything, we would had appreciated you tell us here so we could adrees it.

Thank you for coming and for taking the time to write a review.We are constantly renovating our units, we also have more modern updated rooms (3 bedroom) if our older rustic ones (2 bedroom) were not to your liking.We really appreciate your review, we need to work in the stones on the beach. Usually at the end of the year the sea takes most of it away and it is easy to enjoy.

Hotel Vista Vallarta own you an apology about this disturbing, hoping that the fact you describe didnt interrup your satisfaction of being with us in your vacation. Lamentably there are some things that dont depend about our managment and are completley out of our hands because are things that dont come directly from our hotel . Unfortunately we cannot do much about what happens around the hotel, including the roads, which are only rough on 2 places. We do have your reports (we always do them in writing to the appropriate personal), and you only made them once, and after maintenance and house keeping attended to them we have no more reports. Regarding restaurant and bar, there is one of each, as of the restaurant you made no mention, some people like it a lot, some don't, it's the same with any restaurant in the world. At this point in time the room you were in is in tip top shape, regardless we always strive to do better every time, and hope you give us another chance in the future.

Good day.Yes the construction is advertised on this site. You choose the type of room you wish to stay in. The beach has been cleaned several times, but the ocean is bringing more rocks daily. Good day.Thank you for coming, and for taking the time to leave a review.There are two locations for the restaurant, 8am to noon you would get breakfast near the kitchen facilities, and from noon until closing, you would get service at the palapa by the pool, there is no one at he palapa before noon.As for amenities, do you mean toilet paper and soap?, those sort of things?, because we use the same ones as in some 5 star hotels.Every and all issues you may have while staying here can be resolved, but you would need to let us know while you are here.
