Karla, thanks for the feedback, I can confirm that your room did have a King bed, hotel kings are 72" wide as opposed to residential kings at 76" wide, that's the difference you felt. Good commentary on the housekeeping items and linen. We will be sure to follow up with our laundry company for quality concerns. Glad you enjoyed breakfast; it was obviously a very busy weekend and I apologize for any delays waiting in line.

Kaitlin:Our apologies for your experience this past weekend. It was an extremely busy weekend with multiple events taking place throughout the downtown area. With the state dance tournament next door, we also had several teams staying with us. Elevators were very busy and wait times were longer than we would have liked. But I can assure you that overcrowding of the hotel itself or the rooms was not an issue. We take our max occupancies in rooms with extreme seriousness. The stairwells, all three of them, do lead to the street level and are compliant with all facets of both Hilton and the City of Minneapolis fire codes. Yes, the door from the stairwell that leads directly to the breakfast area is locked however that is due to key access being required to get to that area and that is most easily accomplished by using the glass doors on the 2nd floor.We do wish that this stay had been a better experience for you. We do not want anyone to leave disappointed. We are sincerely grateful for the feedback as we are constantly working to improve upon every guest's overall satisfaction.
