조르지성을 비롯 리스본 구시가지를 도보로 이용하기 좋다. 서비스는 전반적으로 괜찮았으나 체크아웃 30분전에 청소 도우미가 와서 바쁘게 서둘러야했다.

Not a good experience
Not at all a good experience. First of all the apartment cannot be rated as 4 star. It cannot be rated more than 2.5 stars. The bathroom stinks. After the sofa bed is opened, there is no space in living room to walk. Wardrobe was more of a storage room with extra mattresses, fan etc. lying there (pic attached). Wifi only worked in living room. The only good thing about the Apt is, it's location. It is in old town and many sight seeing places are at walkable distance. However, I will still not recommend this Apt as 4 star

Fatal!!el portal sucísimo, un quinto sin ascensor, las paredes todas descascarilladas, con hormigas en el baño y la ducha no tragaba el agua. Para colmo nos han cobrado dos veces el apartamento y aún estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero. para colmo se metió un vagabundo en el portal y nos pegó un susto de muerte.

El alojamiento es una estafa, esta en un un bloque de pisos que parecen abandonados con el portal muy sucio y el apartamento tenia todos los techos desconchados, y el baño y ducha con algo de suciedad

Mal señalado en el mapa.
El apartamento está bien situado, lo malo es que para llegar a el tienes que subir por una cuesta muy empinada. Y luego hay unas escaleras de entrada estrechas y muy inclinadas. El apartamento frío y húmedo. El baño pequeño y poca potencia de agua. El. Comedor y habitación están bien y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. Vigilar que el apartamento no está en el punto que indica la pàgina, tiene varios apartamentos pero sólo marcan el que está mejor situado. Nosotros viajamos con un bebé de menos de 2 años y cada vez que hemos salido ho entrado al apartamento ha sido complicado. La cuesta con el carrito muy dura. Veo que es un buen apartamento para parejas jóvenes y en época que no haga frío o mucho calor . El trato ha sido nulo ya que ni tan siquiera ha habido nadie para recibirnos, todo a través de whassap.

Great experience! The Sweet inn team was very professional and prompt in answering any questions we had throughout the stay. They arranged a shuttle service to take us to the apartment , which made our arrival easy and stress-free. One of the staff was waiting for us at the apartment and helped us with the check in and orientation. The apartment is right at the heart of Baixa, and in close, walking distance to Alfama and Bairo Alto (i think those are the correct names bit check the site). Many restaurants and eateries are around , and it is close to metro station and trolly and bus stops. Since it is in the middle of a lively neighborhood at old town, at night you may hear pedestrians walking in the street. However, please keep in mind that this is the case if you go to any city's down town, and Lisbon is such a live and happy city!. So, this was no problem for us. The apartment had everything you need including a clothes washer-drier, which is the best aminity! The apartment was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our experience. Thank you

The worst apartment called MOON LIGHT SERENADE
The worst hotel we've ever been in. We have stayed at Moon Light apartments. First of all, it is located in a terrible area, where you don't feel yourself safe. Apartments don't match photos - they were heavily photoshopped. Apt is in very poor condition. The bathroom was old and dirty, water wasn't leaving from the sink and bathroom, dirt was swimming in the bathroom while showering. Then the door handle in the toilet fell apart. And at the end of our stay the boiler broke down and we had only freezing water. Hosts offered us a replacement, but we would have to contact Expedia and with only 6 days stay it would be pointless for us. The only good thing was easy check-in, where you don't need to meet any person.

Very nice place but be aware of details
The apartment itself is very nicely furnished, comfortable, and well equipped, with views of the bay. However, it is on the 3rd floor without elevator and I barely made it there due to a leg injury about which the staff was aware, but never mentioned a word during check in (my Hotels.com search included the filter for accessibility). Furthermore, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom (despite the bathroom itself being very clean). I had to keep the door closed at all times. And lastly, while the area is great with very good restaurants close by, there are also partying people in the street at all times during the nights - and this was not on a weekend.

It would have good to know that check-in is rather late. We later found out that we could have dropped our luggage at the office. I would suggest that you send this information along when coordinating the check-in.

Disappointment
We stayed at the Moonlight Serenade apartment. Not satisfied with the location, graffiti, uneven payment, and construction (overall dirtiness of the outside streets). Also, we were not informed (until we checked in) that the apartment location would be somewhere else in the city and that there would be hills and multiple steps to get to the street where the Moonlight Serenade apartment is located. I informed the office of our dissatisfaction about the location and issues with items in the apartment, but the office said my complaints were not warranted. I don't know how the other Sweet Inn apartments are like, but we will never stay at a Sweet Inn apartment again, nor recommend it. Thank goodness there were other beautiful and historic sites, great restaurants, and the cab services were better than we expected. Would go back to Lisbon again, just won't be staying at a Sweet Inn apartment.

The place would have been excellent because of location and cleanliness except the blinds by the toilet is see through from the outside when the lights are on which is early morning and night time. My husband and I tried looking at it on our 2nd day so it was pretty much embarrassing toilet show on our first night because there are residents across us plus passers bye. We hope the see through blinds is not intentional because the rest are solid ones.

Não estou acostumado a me hospedar neste tipo de acomodação. É um apartamento de veraneio e ainda tive que pagar além das diárias uma taxa de limpeza e turismo de 52 euros. Não existe recepção na acomodação e os contatos tiveram que ser efetuados somente por telefone.

Estancia maravillosa.
Apartamento espléndido para parejas con 2 niños. Ubicación en el corazón de la zona turística. Equipado con todo. Personal de 10. Comunicación fluida en todo momento. Estancia maravillosa. Una advertencia.... Para la gente que va en coche... Dejar el coche lejos porque los parking son muy caros sobre todo zona roja cerca del centro. Y los aparcamientos soterrados ni os cuento. Usar el coche solo para ir a Belém y visitar el Parque de las Nações.

Cosy, great views, not the best service...
Pros: lovely little apartment, comfortable bed, great location with lots to eat and do nearby. Cons: as we were arriving to Lisbon before check in time, we asked to have an early check in. We didn't receive a response from the property until two hours before the actual check in time. They told us it was impossible as check out was at 11 and they needed until 4 to clean the room. So we waited until 4, at which time they seemed completely unprepared for us. The person checking us in tried two doors before calling his boss and getting the right one. When we walked into the room, it hadn't been cleaned yet!!! We then had to wait an additional hour as a cleaning crew was called and cleaned the apartment around us. It was very awkward and certainly not what we paid for, not impressed! The hot water also repeatedly ran out throughout a short shower. One more note, this apartment is located up two very steep, narrow and slippery sets of stairs. At night there is no light in the hallways so be sure to have your phone flashlight ready or you might fall down! It is also slightly difficult to find this place, it is behind an unmarked (except for a small sticker beside a broken doorbell) locked door. For check in, we had to wait in the street until somebody showed up to let us in. Also, it can get quite noisy at night as there is a rooftop bar nearby which blasts music but it seemed to die down around 10 so no big issue for us. The bathtub is small and not "deep soak".

Be aware of hidden costs
The place itself was okay. It is in an old house in a very narrow street very centrally located. You just have to master the many steps down to the central place and then back up again at the end of the day (plus the very steep steps in the house up to the third floor). The reason I didn't give this appartmment a better rating is because I feel that I received deceiving information about the overall costs and the amenities. After paying what I thought was the total I had to pay an additional €40 as a cleaning fee and the tourist tax (€2 per person per night). I was not aware of the extra fees. In addition, in the amenities it said airport shuttle which was one of the reasons I chose this place. For our journey from the airport they could not arrange it anymore because it was too short notice and for the journey to the airport they would have charged more than €30 which is triple the price I paid for the taxi. I think it should have been for free or they should have pointed out in the description that there is a fee for the shuttle The extra costs added up to quite bit. If I had known that beforehand I would have chosen a different accommodation.

立地はロシオ広場には近いのですが裏路地の坂を登って登っての移民街でアフリカ系の人達がたむろしているところを通って行かなければなりません。 アパートも急な階段を上って上ってようやくたどり着くという感じです。足に自信のない方やお年寄りは無理です！お部屋も写真とは全然違い古くて汚いです！シャワーは通常の半分くらいしか出ません！

ロシオ駅近くで、観光には非常に便利な場所ですが、薄暗い細い坂道を上がるので、夜は少し怖かったです。 4泊したのですが、アメニティは初回のみなので、シャンプーやボディーソープなど用意しなければなりませんでした。 トイレ兼お風呂の扉がしっかり閉まらなかったのは、一番困りました。 2人で泊まるには十分なくらい部屋は広く、キッチンもあるので助かりました。外の景色は非常に良かったです。洗濯機はあるが、乾燥機はないので、それがあればさらによかったです。

-Het apartment travessa De Santana had geweldig uitzicht over het oude gedeelte van de stad! -Ligging echt prima! Dichtbij 3 verschillende metro stations en het treinstation Rossio -Het contact was zeer goed ; via de app , bij vragen direct antwoord. Ook konden we al eerder dan 16;00 het apartment in , erg fijn. -Was schoon en netjes - Enige minpunt was de douche: geen continue temperatuur.

L'UNICA cosa buona è che la struttura è in centro per il resto la struttura pubblicizzata per 6 persone noi eravamo un nucleo famigliare di 5 persone e ci hanno fatto trovare 4 sedie invece che 5 in cucina solo 2 letti preparati siamo stati obbligati a far dormire mio figlio alto 1.metro e 40 tra me e mia moglie cerano solo gli asciugamani per 4 persone in bagno shampoo e bagnoschiuma solo per 2 persone la casa era abbastanza fredda si stava meglio fuori che dentro e poi i bagni in uno la doccia si riempiva d'acqua sui piedi e non scaricava bene mentre all'arrivo ci hanno avvertito che la doccia del bagno di sopra era stata appena chiusa e riparata da una perdita per cui una doccia in 5 e comunque con il rischio che cadessero dei calcinacci vista la riparazione appena effettuata. Ci siamo chiesti ma se eravamo tre coppie di amici come avremmo fatto? Però ci hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno per 4 e 5 gg quando 2 dei miei figli sono partiti un giorno prima e poi 40€ di pulizia finale che casa era sudicia. Totalmente delusi dal tipo di appartamento e dai sui contenuti. EXPEDIA farebbe bene a controllare le location che offre ai sui clienti. La prossima volta non prenoto assolutamente con EXPEDIA. E sarà anche premura mia pubblicizzare questa cosa.

sarebbe un buona struttura per un gruppo di amici ma non per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli, è impensabile che una bimba di 5 anni dorma da sola in una camera sopra a una scala con l'altra camera completamente da un altra parte! inoltre al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era freddissimo e le finestre/infissi troppo vecchi, non isolano per nulla, sembrava di dormire all'aperto dal rumore. la posizione dell'appartamento era ottima, centralissima ma mi aspettavo sinceramente qualcosa in più credo dovrebbero prestare più attenzione a chi soggiorna e assegnare degli appartamenti più adeguati al nucleo

Nice staff & clean, convenient apartment but...
The staff were nice and friendly. They tried to be helpful but appeared inexperienced. When I made the reservation, I was not informed of the location of the apartment. The address provided on the reservation is where their office is located and not where the actual apartment is located. I only found out when I arrived that the apartment was in a different location. I was given an address and told to find the apartment on my own without being given clear directions on how to get there and inevitably, got lost. My main suggestion for improvement is that they should have maps clearly indicating where their apartments are located so that new guests don’t get lost. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and centrally located. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and tourist sites. But the neighbors were noisy and you could hear the traffic all night. I was able to sleep with earplugs. I can only speak for the apartment I was in. I don’t know where the other apartments are located, so you may have better luck with noise levels.

DEBE INFORMARSE QUE ES UN 4º PISO SIN ASCENSOR. VIAJABA UNA PERSONA MAYOR Y EL CARECER DE ASCENSOR ES MUY IMPORTANTE EL CONOCERLO. LA LIMPIEZA DE LA DUCHA DEJABA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. EN UN DIA CON TEMPERATURAS DE MAS DE 45 GRADOS Y SIENDO UN ULTIMO PISO ENTREGAN EL APARTAMENTO CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DESCONECTADO. TARDO COMO 12 HORAS EN TENER UNA TEMPERATURA HABITABLE. NO SE PODIA ESTAR DENTRO DEL ALOJAMIENTO Y MENOS TRAS SUBIR 4 PISOS SIN ASCENSOR.... EL MOBILIARIO BIEN. PERO LA LIMPIEZA BASTANTE REGULAR...

Très bien mais...
Nous avons loué l'appartement du RdC (duplex) pour un séjour de 2 jours à Lisbonne. Cette appartement très design est confortable et bien équipé. Les seuls bémols sont : - l'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus. On entends dans les chambre les pas dès que quelqu'un marche un peu vite ou déplace une chaise. - L'accès Wifi à Internet ne fonctionnait pas. - L'appartement est très sombre. Il faut obligatoirement allumer les lumieres. Ce n'est toutefois pas dramatique si l'on est principalement dehors a visiter cette très belle ville de Lisbonne. Attention également au forfait de 40€ demandé à l'arrivée pour le ménage de sortie. Ce n'était pas indiqué à la réservation sur hotels.com me semble t'il.

Avisei na reserva que tínhamos uma criança pequena e ao chegar lá fomos surpreendidos pelo fato de nos hospedarem no quarto andar. Eram muitas escadas, pois o prédio é bem antigo. Outro problema,foi que a fechadura de segurança na porta de entrada do prédio não funcionava, ou seja, qualquer um poderia entrar lá. Sempre tivemos o cuidado de trancar nossas malas. Outro contratempo foi o fato do ralo do chuveiro estar entupido . Liguei para o escritório e disseram que não tinham como mandar ninguém da manutenção naquele horário, eram 17h. E até agora não mandaram ninguém lá para resolver tal problema. Nossa sorte foi que achamos um desentupidor no apartamento e nós mesmo todos os dias o usamos e tiravámos vários cabelos nojentos que se acumulavam no ralo. Outro fato chato que aconteceu foi que entregarem as toalhas e lençóis quase 3 horas após nossa entrada no apartamento.Tirando todos esses esses problemas, o apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e ao centro histórico. Outro ponto positivo foi o fato deles terem um escritório que guardaram nossas malas até nossa entrada ao apartamento. As fotos mostradas no site do Hoteis.com não condisseram com a realidade.

Rummeligt, hyggeligt byhus. Perfekt lokation!
Tæt på det meste i Lissabon og særligt i Alfama. Rummeligt og hyggeligt og med plads til at være alene. To gode sovezoner. Rigtig sød kvinde fra udlejningsbureauet lukkede os ind og informerede os om stedet og kommunikerede meget professionelt med os.

posizione centrale, ma scarsa pulizia
Appartamento in posizione centrale, ma in uno stabile vecchio con pulizia molto scarsa. Cucina poco attrezzata. Impianto idrico della doccia malfunzionate, sono venuti subito i tecnici a ripararlo ma nonostante il loro intervento la regolazione dell'acqua calda non era possibile. Impianto elettrico non a norma (almeno secondo i parametri italiani). Non c'è impianto di climatizzazione, solo diversi ventilatori. In compenso la vista dalle finestre era molto bella sulla città, e ci si trova a due passi da piazza Rossio. Per raggiungerla però occorre percorrere un vicolo frequentato da barboni e spacciatori. Noi non siamo stati importunati comunque. C'è inoltre il problema del parcheggio dell'auto, che deve essere lasciata un po' lontano e a pagamento. Il ragazzo del check -in è stato molto gentile e disponibile

Haus von außen sehr unscheinbar,
sehr gut gelegen, von dort gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, man muss jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, bergauf und Berg runter, viele Treppen, Lisbon Karte empfehlenswert für 24, 48 oder 72 Std.,

Super zentral gelegen. Sauber und netter Kontakt
150-200 Meter zur Metro Rossio. Taxi und Tuck-Tuckstand befindet sich direkt am Rossio. Zentrale gute Lage. Von hier aus kann Lissabon perfekt erkundet werden. (zu Fuß, per Tram, Tuck-Tuck usw.) Wir waren mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 14 und 16 Jahren) im Appartement. Wir haben die Metro nur zweimal benutzen müssen. (Transfer vom und zum Flughafen) Die zuständige Rezeption ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein- und auschecken erfolgt absolut reibungslos. Erreichbar per SMS, per Mail oder Telefon. Klare Empfehlung.

La zona donde se encuentra la propiedad es sucia y descuidada, no me gustó para nada y la fachada exterior tampoco (Moonlight Serenade) Lo bueno es que esta a 2 cuadras de zonas muy lindas. No es apto para cochecito de bebé ni personas con dificultad al caminar ya que para llegar a las zonas lindas hay que bajar y subir escaleras y pendientes muy pronunciadas. El apartamento es precioso, es tal cual las fotos y tiene hermosa vista. La ducha no funciona bien el agua caliente asique fue dificil darse un baño placentero.
