This truly is a lovely little gem of a hotel. Looks on the outside can be deceptive!... on arrival, it doesn’t look fancy or exciting, however on entry you have a charming mix of history with a very modern twist.
Lovely bar/lounge area, checked in at the bar by a young man, who was polite, enthusiastic helpful. He showed us to our room which was room 3.
The room was a twin booked for my daughter and myself, it was spacious, bright, very clean and modern. Beds comfortable and a very well thought out bathroom with shower over full bath.
After a very comfortable nights sleep, we arrived for breakfast. Warmly greeted by two pleasant ladies. It certainly was a FULL continental breakfast. With a wonderful choice to suit anyone. Cereals, cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, freshly baked breads etc, and fresh juices, tea and coffee.
We enjoyed our stay very much, we would certainly stay again and would most certainly recommend this little gem.
