정말 전망이 예술입니다. 숙소도 오래된 고택이지만 안에는 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 현대적이에요. 그리고 무엇보다 주인이 너무 친절하고 착해요. 저녁은 나가서 먹지말고 그냥 호텔에서 한번은 드셔보세요. 남프랑스 여러도시를 갔는데 여행한거중에 가장 맛이 있었습니다. 수영장도 나무들이 주변에 가득해서 이색적이였어요

집도 멋있고 아늑하지만 정원뷰, 조식, 무엇보다 정말 친절한 주인 덕분에 편안한 아비뇽 여행이었습니다. 프랑스 여행 중 가장 마음에 든 숙소입니다. 아비뇽의 그 어떤 장소보다 호텔에서 보는 일출부터 일몰까지의 론강과 교황청 풍경이 가장 아름다웠습니다.

정말 남프랑스 시골 별장에서 쉬다온 느낌이에요! 호텔이라기보단 펜션느낌에 가까운데 호스트분이 너무 친절하시고 가든도 뷰도 끝내줍니다!

중세시대 고옥을 호텔로 사용하여 정말 특별한 경험을 할수있습니다. 집주인이 직접 서비스 관리를 퍼스널하게하는 아주 특별한곳으로 주인의 섬세함과 늘 고객입장에서 이해하려는 훌륭한 자세에 감동받았습니다. 강건너 아비뇽교황청 전경이 너무 휼륭하고 밤에 테라스에서 한잔하는 와인맛은 일품이었습니다. 론강 지역 특산 와인인 샤토네프 드 파프 와인도 합리적인가격에 즐길수있었습니다. 다만 현대식 호텔에 익숙한 분들은 조금 불편할부분도있으나 평생 경험하기힘든 프로방스 고옥에서의 하룻밤은 평생 가져갈만한 추억으로 남을듯하여 강추합니다.

아비뇽 외곽의 집으로 차가 있는 경우 주차와 이동이 편리합니다. 테라스가 있어 전경을 감상하기 좋고 주인이 친절하고 불편함이 없이 대해주었습니다. 오래된 집이지만 내부는 리모델링하여 깔끔하고 고택의 느낌을 느낄 수 있는 훌륭한 곳이었습니다.

나에겐 모든 것이 완벽했던 숙소
기대 이상으로 좋았던 곳. 과거에는 추기경의 별장이라고 들었습니다. 엔틱한 인테리어도 좋았고 호스트도 매우 친절했습니다. 마당 테이블에서 교황청이 보이고 야경도 너무 좋습니다. 2주동안의 프랑스 여행 중 와이프가 가장 만족했던 숙소였습니다. 우리는 차를 가지고 가서 별로 불편하지 않았으나 차가 없는 사람은 약간 불편할 수도 있슬 것 같습니다.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The property and rooms are gorgeous, giving off such an endearing, rustic aesthetic that feels so authentically French. The views from the property over the Rhone towards the Palace des Papes are world class. Our room was spacious and our bed was very comfortable. Our host, Folco, was fantastic - extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, he really helped to make our stay all the better. This location also cant be beat if you're wanting to see the major historical sites, being only a 15 minute walk to Fort Saint Andre, or a brief 5 minute drive to the free park and ride lot that is then a 15 minute walk to the Palace des Papes (or you could take the shuttle, which will save you a walk across the bridge). You're also only a ~5 minute walk to some fantastic restaurants in the Villeneuve area.n

This property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, historic. It far exceeded our expectations. Folco , the manager, was wonderful and very kind. The breakfast was delicious. We spent 2 weeks in France and this is the stay that we will remember. This was the very best experience we have ever had with lodging in and out of the US. The location is great . It is a 15 minute walk to town and great restaurants. Walking along the river and the canal was so good for the soul. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you Folco

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage . We didn’t have a view from our cottage of the Rhone and Avignon but the shared patio did and it was lovely . The location of this property was excellent , we stayed 3 nights and it was a short safe walk to the village center and there were tons of nice restaurants . If we walked the opposite way , again short and safe walk , there was a bus to Antibes (1.4 euro and 12 minutes ) The included breakfast was continental but big selection , great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice . My only suggestion for property owner ( great guy ) is to get some better pillows . I would stay again here .

Very quaint and beautiful location.
The suite was beautiful, the views were spectacular of Avignon which we enjoyed breakfast to. The service was great and the host was super lovely and is on site 24/7 to assist with anything you need. We would definitely stay again. Perfect for anyone’s stay.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Falco, le propriétaire. La Maison Orsini date du 14e siecle et elle est charmante avec ses vues imprenables du Palais des Papes. Nous sommes restés dans le gite avec nos enfants et ns y étions très bien. La piscine dans son jardin secret nous a offert un moment détente et fraicheur par la canicule. Nous nous sommes promenés dans la vieille ville et avons très bien diné al fresco au Moulin à Huile recommendé par Falco. Un regret ne pas être restés plus longtemps.

Romantic Chateau style hotel with the most beautiful view overlooking Avignon from a cliff across the river! The room was large, clean, comfortable and rustic. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Just the kind of unique property I was looking for.

Our hotel suite was simply fantastic! Our host was so accommodating, friendly & very helpful! The pool was private, surrounded by beautiful flowers and so clean-true gem! I would strongly recommend this, want to go back and so much to appreciate with this property that words don't convey the impressiveness of Maison Orsini!

Our stay in Maison Orsini was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. If you want to experience the quintessential European country home with a courtyard and beautiful gardens, this will fit the bill. The view of Avignon over the Rhone is spectacular, especially at night. The private pool was fun for a dip, although we did get eaten by mosquitos as soon as we came out. It's about a 30 minute walk to Avignon, but there are several restaurants that are just a 10 minute walk away in the town of Villeneuve-les-Avignon itself, which is an adorable town. The owner was friendly and accommodating and has some yard games set up in the courtyard for guests to play which is a fun option. Breakfast is included and it was wonderful. I'd recommend staying here for a peaceful and quiet stay. I will say that we were the only guests at the time (July) so if I were a solo traveler, I would be more comfortable in a less isolated location.

Historic and charming place to stay in Avignon
This historic property with a view cannot be beat. Folco was a gracious host, helping to arrange travel to and from the property, getting us checked in, providing recommendations on places to eat and visit. In addition he provided us with a little bit of a history lesson on the property and town. On the last morning we had an early train to Marseille and he made sure we had breakfast, arranged a taxi, and helped us with our luggage. We enjoyed this property very much to the point we keep talking about it and looking forward to returning. Highly recommend.

We loved being able to experience France at Maison-Orsini. Our host, Folco, was gracious, helpful, and friendly. Our room was comfortable and we slept well in the peace and quiet. This is a place to relax with a book outside on the terrace; or enjoy a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the city of Avignon.

Maison Orsini is a cottage on a property with a total of 7 units. The owner's name is Folco, and he was very nice. The cottage is lovely, with a nice kitchen/dining room and living room downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Cozy, and fits in with the surrounding village. A truly relaxing place. The included breakfast was also nice, quite simply French breakfast of bread, yogurt, and fruit, but all of it outstanding. We enjoyed our stay here. We also ate dinner at the attached restaurant, and it was good.

Fun to stay in a cottage built in the 1340s right next to Avignon. Folco was very helpful. But the best part was eating at their on-site restaurant. Absolutely fabulous meal!

We spent an amazing 3 days at Maison Orsini. This centuries old property is very well maintained. It offers all the conveniences you would expect from a great hotel combined with historic charm. The rooms are rustic and full of French Provencal character. The hotel is located in a very quiet hilltop neighborhood, five minutes walk from the town center. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Rhone with spectacular views of the Pope's Palace and Avignon is unforgettable. The restaurant Orsini deserves a separate review. It is the best in Villeneuve-les-Avignon, serving French food with a modern twist.
