Thank you for your wonderful review! Location is key, and yes we are very affordable- compared to other properties on island.Most bathrooms are updated with walk- in showers, as are the 2 full hall bathrooms.Several guests LOVE the old claw foot tubs and request them. Most love the church bells. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to serve eggs & meat with our continental breakfast. Overall great Thank you!

Yes, you did get our very last room available with use of the 2 full hall baths- which was on the reservation confirmation. Hope to see you again, and we will make sure you get a room with a Private bathroom ;) ~
