中心部からは離れているが、レンタカーで移動する分には不便は感じなかった。価格帯も丁度良い。一点、WiFiが一階でしか入らないのが旅行者によっては致命的になるかもしれない。

That was the first seeing a picture on the web site,and finding the real thing like on the website,that staff was so professional,food was Devine,rooms,crispy fresh and spotless,everyone went out of the way to please you,We felt like the only guest at the hotel,it was home away from home.

Very modern, happening and nice with friendly and helpful staff. Right on a busy highway but still somehow hard to get to. And a little noisy but totally tolerable. Priced very fairly, including the good food.

You could hear the vent making noise in our room, the manager was exceptional and went out of his way to show us the other rooms available for the night, he managed to get the same room type, unfortunately the room smelt like fresh paint and there was a festival that night, you could hear people walking in and making noise till early morning. The windows should be soundproof. I had to check out at 6.30 am and the staff at breakfast were so friendly they made me a take away box with fruits, toast juices etc It’s was really nice of them. Overall, the manager was really helpfull and the staff 5 stars.

Stressful check-in
Staff not well prepared to deal with overbooking situations . The overbooking became my problem to solve and accommodate. After a long road trip an arrogant receptionist is something that can frustrate anyone’s vacation .

In the middle of the night we could heat a woman screaming and laughing on top of her voice which was disturbing our sleep, but other than that our stay was exceptional!

Fantastic stay.
wonderful place although the receptionist could not find my online booking but handled the case in a very professional way.we had to wait for a couple of minutes.The place is new and fantastic.

Very pleasant staff. Customer service is felt through the staffs actions and attitude. Rooms are sufficiently spacious with enough storage facility. Has an independent safe in the room. Dual basins and a good size shower.

Boutique Hotel in Nelspruit
We found this boutique hotel when we searched for accommodation for the Innibos festival. The hotel is clean an neat but the acoustic bothered me a bit, it can be a bit noisy. Breakfast was nice. Overall quite good experience.

New clean hotel with most facilities.
Would be nice to have at least 1 duck/feather pillow on each bed. The sponge type pillows are rather hard and knobbly, not a nice soft pillow. Beds are good, and the overall room was clean and adequate. What was noticeable was that without carpets or scatter rugs and the absence of curtaining materials, the room echoed and had a very tinny sound/feeling to it. I know that carpets and rugs have to be cleaned regularly and that one is trying to avoid those costs, but it does make a difference to overall ambiance of the room. One last note was that the door of the room next to ours kept tripping an alarm throughout the night. I would get up and pull it tightly closed but the wind or if another adjoining door was opened by another guest, the alarm sounded each time.- quite annoying. Breakfast was basic, self service, "Road Lodge style", and not conducive of a 4 Star Hotel, in our eyes.

Comfortable Boutique Hotel
Very clean, chic and comfortable hotel. Modern design with a good interaction with the outside in one half of the building. Service in the restaurant needs to improve a notch - took forever to get the bill at the end of dinner and system is not linked to the reception...not possible to charge consumption to your room and settle on checking out. WiFi coverage in the rooms was either slow or non-existent. But I would still recommend it and go back as these items can be resolved easily.

Awesome hotel with great service. Breakfast buffet was a little on the downside as everyday they served the same types of food. Overall highly recommended.

Really lovely, clean hotel but no phones.
The hotel was really lovely and clean. The service was excellent. Our main complaint, that effected our stay, was the lack of telephones in the rooms. We found this to be inconvenient in many ways. We had to use our own phones to call the front desk/order from room service. This may seem petty, but we arrived exhausted from many travels, my husband was ill, our phones were dead, and our charging adapter was broken. Not having a phone in the room left us feeling very isolated. Additionally, the room service and the restaurant had to be paid separately from the hotel bill, and we found that also to be inconvenient. Same applied for the spa treatments...everything was separate and we missed the convenience of putting everything on a room account and paying one bill at the end. Also, because there are no phones, when there was a problem with our food order, the chef himself came to our room to discuss it. We were impressed with his care and diligence, but it seemed very silly to us that he would have to do this. And anytime a staff member needed to talk to us, they came to the room which we found this annoying. It seems ridiculous to us to try to run a nice hotel such as this without any telephones.

Hotel moderno, design, café da manhã delicioso, ambiente moderno e agradável. Equipe um pouco atrapalhada, confundiram nossa reserva e nos deram um apartamento de casal para uma familia de 4 pessoas, e não identificaram que a reserva foi pré-paga, causando transtornos na chegada. Perto de um shopping center. Cortesia de água mineral no quarto e água saborisada no lobby, como os melhores hotéis costumam oferecer na SA.

Modern Design, Average Stay
We stayed here two nights on a short trip to Nelspruit, which we travel to quite often. Instead of staying at the usual B&Bs, we decided to try Chill Pepper given its location and proximity to Riverside Mall. Though the building is new and the design modern, the hotel is situated in a mostly barren strip between The Grove and Macro yet still gets a lot of highway noise, making it difficult to sleep. We ordered room service, but half the items on the menu weren't available, which the staff blamed on the fact the hotel hadn't been open that long. I'm not sure what that has to do with the ability to go to the market and buy the ingredients, but so be it. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful. But with all the options in Nelspruit, this isn't a place that demands a repeat stay.

short overnight stay before entering Kruger- hotel is as advertised and pictured. Staff helpful.

It was a pleasing stay for 2 days with friendly and helpful staff. convenient location close to the riverside mall. breakfast can be improved in comparison the rate one would pay.

check before you book
booked a luxury room which didnt have queen bed but twin instead, No Bath, and was moved to room set for 1. Set up is not for sharing people unless you partners bathroom is completely open, sandblasted glass nothing else.No city view as per booking, Just SAND and construction all around the hotel
