The rooms were modern and clean. Very nice in that way. The rest of the facility and amenities were only average. Convenient location and quiet.

The location of the hotel is a little hidden which made it a little difficult to find but overall it is in walking distance of various dining options, shopping, and the high roller. I stayed in a two bedroom suite ad it was beautiful and very spacious i have absolutely no complain about the room. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because the front desk receptionists who assisted us on arrival was rude and makes you feel like an idot for asking questions in one occasioneven rolled her eyes at us. She was very unprofessional, Hilton hotels have always been my go to place to stay even when I stay out of the country and I have never had an experience like that. Staff has always been very helpful, professional, and friendly so having experienced that makes me want to reconsider visiting this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted a property with a little more space and a full kitchen and with easy access to the heart of the strip. For these things it was great. However, all rooms face the Flamingo “go pool” which has very loud music from morning to late afternoon and on the 7th floor we got to hear and feel all the bass. It didn’t bother us too much because we were out and about for most of this time but we did return for our lunches and the noise was bothersome.

The property was in a good location and staff was very friendly. As for housekeeping they could be more efficient in making sure the shower gel is filled and we have enough bed sheets for the sofa.

The location is ideal. Easy to get to the strip. Loved the Promenade. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is small but it warm which was good for the chilly spring weather.

The hotel is close to the best restaurants and events on the strip. The room was average but it was only set up for one person (towels and such) and there was no soap in the shower which you don't know until you take a shower. The room was located with a view of the pool and the music was too loud all day long. Walking back to the hotel felt very unsafe as the passage was not well lit. There was also no food available except for a sandwich place on the premises.

Loved the close proximity to the Vegas Strip Sphere,, restaurants, monorail, etc. Great place if you want to separate yourself from all the action, but can be back in a minute’s walk.

This resort didn't disappoint. It was close to the strip but also very calm and quiet (our stay was in March). I would recommend this resort to others for the location and cleanliness specifically.

This location was great and having a full-size residential hotel at these prioes so close to the strip without being subject to the chaos of Vegas' lifestyle was a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Large rooms with sunken tubs big enough for two. Full size kitchen and living room. Big bed, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Baths each had two sink areas with both separate showers AND baths. One of the niceest rooms I've stayed in.

Nice spacious room just off the strip. We had an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and modern. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Vegas, no long queues for check in like at the casinos.

This was a hidden gem right off the Vegas Strip. We were steps away from the Flamingo Hotel & Casino as well as the wildlife habitat and just a short walk to the strip and the Promenade by the High Roller Wheel. The room was lovely and had all the amenities needed. Jorge checked us in and all the staff were great! This will be our go to place to stay when we head back to Vegas.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and was in walking distance to most everywhere. The facility was clean and the free parking was a definite plus. I would recommend it to anyone.

First time in Las Vegas. I found the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Flamingo to be quiet and safe, despite being so close to so much excitement. The room with kitchenette was very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
