기차역 근처 청결하고 쾌적한 호텔
객실이 마루로 먼지가 없어 동양적이며 객실이 다른 유럽의 호텔과는 달리 넓어 시설이 잘 되어 있어 가켝 대비 만족도가 매우 높음.

지하철과 불과 멀지 않고 주변이 안전
가격도 다른 유럽호텔에 비해 저렴한 편이고 방이 매우 쾌적하며, 시설이 잘 되어 있음. 카펫이 아니라 마루로써 우리나라 사람에게는 익숙하며 따라서 청결이 좋으며, 집기 및 주리기구 등이 잘 준비되어 있음. 방의 크기도 매우 넓으며, 싱글과 더블 모두 사용하기에 적절함.

It's not very far from Kista station, but it's not close. Staff are not available after 10 p.m. nice breakfast. The laundry room is free and you need to make a reservation. You can buy detergent from employees for 5kr. The bathroom is clean but cold. Kistamässan is close.

El hotel esta lleno de estudiantes drogadictos. En la limpieza semanal solo te cambian las toallas y sábanas, ni se han molestado en limpiar los baños. El personal maleducado, nos ha echado de la habitación para limpiar. Con amenaza, si no salimos ya, no nos haría la limpieza. Lo único bueno del hotel, es la ubicación. Cercano al transporte público y a un centro comercial.
Los estudiantes se pasan todas la noches inhalando el gas, y luego se quedan tumbados en el vestíbulo ya drogados.

Problème à l'arrivée
L'arrivée à été longue car je n'avais rien reçu concernant l'entrée dans le batiment, car il n'y a pas de reception physique. Je devais recevoir une demande pour confirmer mon identité et à la suite recevoir les informations pour entrer dans le batiment, la veille aucune nouvelles, je contacte hotels.com qui me dit que c'est normal je vais recevoir 24h avant (on était déjà 24h avant !). Le jour de mon arrivée à 16h je n'avais rien reçu et j'ai du appeler le service client, dehors, dans le froid. J'ai perdu 1h a attendre pour recevoir mon code d'entrée et ma chambre. Hormis ce contre temps désagréable, le séjour dans l'hotel c'est trés bien passé.

I appreciate the security guard that we had I think on Friday and Saturday nights. I do wish there were more "live staff " but understand the cost of running a place like this . However, I did get a smaller room than expected, not like the picture with this evaluation . But it was clean and OK,. I like the location , and now that I have stayed several times, the process is easier when I check in.

I recently stayed at your Aparthotel that left a lot to be desired. Firstly, the room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. In addition, the hotel did not have a reception desk, which meant that every time I needed something, I had to call the staff. This made the whole experience quite inconvenient. Another issue I had with the hotel was that I had booked a room for four people, but when I arrived, there was only enough bedding for three. I had to call the staff to bring an extra set of bedding, which was not possible. To make matters worse, there were some guests smoking weed outside the hotel, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. The hotel was also not very child-friendly. There were no activities or facilities for children, and the overall atmosphere was not suitable for families. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, the inconvenience of having to call the staff for everything, and the unsuitable atmosphere for families made for a less-than-pleasant experience. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean and family-friendly, this is not the place for you.

Hi Johan, the room you booked was "1 bedroom apartment for 3". This means there are beds for 3 guests. 2 single beds and 1 bed sofa. All this information is clearly stated when you are placing the reservation. Also, it's clearly described that it's a contactless facility without any need of meeting someone in order to make a smooth check-in.Of course we understand that the cleaning was not enough and we have been taking this further with the cleaning company.

The property wasn’t as big as the pics advertised nor and bright and white inside. The bedroom was quite small with no windows. with the two beds inside there wasn’t any room to do anything really beside enter the room and get on the bed. However, the apartment was very clean, no noise, walking distance from the shopping center and in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

Närheten till Solvalla gjorde att vi valde detta hotell och gångavstånd till Kista centrum och tunnelbana var bra Mycket oväsen från festande personer långt in på natten en natt annars lugnt

Close to the subway and Kista mall with plenty of good shopping and dining. The Hotel has good neat well designed efficiencies. Clean and organized,. Downstairs there is an exercise room , sauna . Area to play Ping-Pong. I have stayed here several times and I like staying here. Please bring back breakfast! It was good to have that here.

Har potential att vara väldigt fint, men levde tyvärr inte upp till det. Speciellt inte med tanke på priset. Rymlig lägenhet, sköna sängar. Trevligt med två separata sovrum. Tyvärr verkar det inte skötas om så bra. Duschdraperistången var av och belysningen i badrummet fungerade inte som den skulle. Riktigt dåligt städat; smuts i badkaret, spegel och väggarna runt handfatet var fläckiga, spishällen var kladdig och diskbänk och köksö fläckiga. Intorkade matrester i diskstället. Speglar i sovrum och hall fläckiga. Obemannat hotell, vilket oftast brukar funka bra. Här fick jag dock sitta i telefonkö i 10 minuter för att få bagagerummet upplåst på distans.

Nach 4 Nächten fiel das Gardinenbrett mitsamt allen Gardinen von der Zimmerdecke !!!! Es war nicht möglich das Gardinenbrett schnell zu reparieren .Da man uns keine Alternative angeboten hat, schliefen wir noch 2 Nächte ohne Sichtschutz im, von Strassenlaternen hell erleuchteten Zimmer! Das hat unsere Urlaubstimmung reichlich getrübt.

Praktiskt och prisvärt boende för ett Stockholmsbesök. Långt till city men T-bana finns ju. Parkering på området är bra, dock väldigt smala platser och nästan fullt ibland. Bra med eget pentry i rummet, men det gäller att ha råvaror med sig - inga butiker inom bekvämt gångavstånd. Området är väldigt lugnt, nästan "öde", i utkanten av kontorsområdet Kista. Incheckning med kod fungerade bra, men visst kändes det lite ovant med ett helt obemannat hotell. Små oväsentliga detaljer, såsom saknat porslin, sänglampa på trekvart, trasig sophink, skräp i korridoren som låg kvar flera dagar... bidrog till känslan att hotellet var lite "bortglömt". Rummet var stort och rymligt, sängarna sköna! Praktiskt och prisvärt...
