Before we left for our trip into Cefalu, we were reassured by the hotel that there would be many cabs at the station. There were none. When we called Hotel Tourist for assistance, they said no, and then hung up on us. I walk with a cane and it was tough. They were sarcastic with us when we didn’t understand that the key turned on electrical for the room. After the first day it was better, (attitude) but I wouldn’t come here again. The room was so small, and the area wasn’t good for choices regarding restaurants. Cefalu is amazing but I’m assuming the other places were a lot more expensive. I live in a tourist area myself, and I get it: when the season is over everyone wants to relax. But we felt as though we were bothering them.

Hotellet var ganske fint, og super lækker morgenbuffet, der var alt. Ved ankomsten blev vi modtaget af en noget sur mandlig ansat, det er ikke den bedste start, ikke særlig service minded, kunne dårligt nok smile, samme humør dagen efter.

If you want wifi in your hotel room do not book this hotel as many of the rooms do not have wifi which was very disappointing when it advertises free wifi in all rooms

Rude staff, overpriced hotel
We have an awful experience in this place. Upon arrival they told us that they do not allow dogs, even when they are published as pet friendly in both hotels.com and Google maps. They said they were not responsable for any information in any third party app other than the hotel’s website and impose a cleaning fee as a condition for us to stay. They were very rude and stubborn, not willing to admit that its not they client’s fault how they set up their hotel. Would not recommend at all.

Hôtel à touristes...
De mémoire, le pire hôtel que j'ai pu réserver... En arrivant à l'hôtel, la réception nous informe que, en raison du vent (30km/h selon la météo) : - il n'est pas prudent - la piscine fermée - l'ascenseur est arrêté - le bar de l'hôtel est, quant à lui, bel et bien ouvert Après avoir informé la réception que nous avions dû prendre nos douches à l'eau froide, on nous informe que le chauffe-eau ne fonctionne pas à cause d'une coupure électrique dans le quartier ... qui ne touche que le chauffe-eau (éclairage, prises, télé au bar, ordinateur de l'accueil, ...) Cerise sur le gâteau, certe qui est de ma faute, j'ai oublié un maillot de bain dans la chambre, malgré 2 mails, aucun retour de l'hôtel... Au plaisir de ne pas y retourner...

Vi havde desværre booket to nætter. Billederne stemte slet ikke over ens med virkeligheden. Receptionens personale var sure og slet ikke serviceminded. Da vi kom hjem til hotellet efter at have spist ude i byen var baren lukket kl 22.30. Poolen og poolarealet trænger virkelig til at blive gjort i stand. God beliggenhed

Hotel Tourist is a short walk from the center of beautiful Cefalu. We arrived 2 hours before check-in time but our room was ready. As we flew at 15h, we requested if we could leave the room at 11.30h instead of 12.30h. As it is May this was also not a problem so we could get some extra sun by the lovely pool. The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels with a lot of choice, good bread, fresh fruit, eggs. We will defenitly come back!

Bon rapport qualité prix pour un hotel avec piscin
Bel hotel en bordure de plage avec piscine tres bien entretenue. Un grand.lit en fait 2.lits.jumeaux accolés. Douche tres petite vu la grandeur de.la.salle d'eau. Des remontées d'odeur mais.il parait que cest normal a cephalu. Tout le.personnel est adorable et serviable. Le.parking sur place est payant mais.votre vl est.en tte sécurité nous avons.meme eu unnjour offert. Merci. Le seul bemol un peu loin du centre ville.

Hotel abbastanza nuovo,con molti servizi, brn strutturato in posizione ottima, poco meno di un chilometro dal centro storico. Unica pecca, dovrebbero stare più attenti alla pulizia delle camere.

Direction et personnel au top! petit déjeuner très bien avec choix. Bémol! la carte pour dîner et souper très restreinte d'où plats répétitifs ! Pourquoi ne pas proposer aussi la carte attribuée aux clients ayant pris la demi pension ou la pension complète, avec un prix fixe ( entrée, plat, dessert)?. Dommage de devoir payer 10€/pers. pour l'accès à la plage privée, cela pourrait être inclus,quitte à augmenter le prix au départ !

Nice place with great pool. When specifically for the pool side to do some laps. Area is great and walking distance from the town.

A clean, decent hotel with friendly staff.
Clean hotel and airy rooms. Very friendly staff. Putting two single mattresses on a double bed is not a good idea however as it does not help for a very comfortable sleep. And having to go up four steps to get to the elevator, luggage and all is not ideal neither. Otherwise a decent hotel, on the waterfront and only fifteen minutes or so from the centre.

Excellen séjour dans un hôtel calme et accueillant
Hotel très bien situé sur une route en impasse avec peu de passage en bordure de mer. Chambre vaste et bien insonorisée. Place de parking disponible sur la rue devant l'hotel Personnel accueillant et prêt à trouver solution si petit problème.

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge direkt vid stranden och egen inhängnad parkering. Trevlig personal. Mkt bra för att vara 3-stjärnigt hotell.

Bon choix pour cefalu
La chambre etait simple avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Le parking ainsi que la plage prives etaient tres appreciables. Le petit dejeuner etait tout a fait correct. La sdb merite un petit raffraichissement. L'hotel est a environ 500m du centre historique. Une ligne de chemin de fer se trouve au dessus de l'hotelmais elle est tres peu frequentee et nous n'avons pas ete genes.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Aussen-Pool der sehr gross ist. Ebenfalls toll ist der naheliegende Strand wo man als Gast einen Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen bekommt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Vier-Bett-Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse genauso das Bad. Da das Hotel teilrenoviert wurde sind die Zwei-Bett-Zimmer sicher schöner und neuer. Bei unserem Zimmer war zwar vieles renoviert aber die Betten und die Möbel waren noch aus alten Zeiten und somit hat es alles wieder weniger hübsch gemacht. Die Möbel müssen dringend ausgewechselt werden. Auch die Duschkabine war viel zu klein für so ein grosses Bad. Zudem hatte man keine Möglichkeit irgendetwas im Bad abzustellen, da es kein Abstellflächen hat. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist halt wie das typische 0815 Frühstück in Italien. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar einiges entfernt vom Zentrum (10-15min zu Fuss) aber es lohnt sich wenn es ein Fest in der Stadt hat. Da hat man absolut Ruhe. Zudem ist der Spaziergang entlang dem Meer sehr schön und sicher.
