We are sorry to hear that you may have misplaced your medicines, and I can assure you that our wonderful housekeeping team would not have thrown anything away intentionally, especially when talking about medication. We take the utmost care in guests belongings, and we have never had any problems in the past with missing items. As stated in the email, we searched extensively for anything that may have been left in the room, involving reception, housekeeping and the concierge, and nothing was found.
