I'm so sorry to hear this was your experience. Our staff is working around the clock to ensure the property is sparkling clean. We continue to utilize Hilton Cleanstay system and are always happy to disinfect any surface with multi-surface peroxide based cleaners, multi-quat sanitizer or Lysol products. We are aware our property was built near a major highway and are fortunate to have concrete walls considered in that design. Our pool maintenance company does not utilize liquid chlorine to maintain our pool and we would not accept hazardous chemicals being in an area that guests could access. Due to supply chain shortages, managing with other chemicals has been a preferred method as chlorine is being rationed to most vendors. Please rest assured the safety of our guests and staff is our number 1 priority. If you have further concerns regarding your stay please contact the hotel directly.
