This is right across the street from the Oriole's Camden Yards. Excellent hotel and reasonable rates. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and wife loves it (most important part😁).

Front desk experienced computer issues durin our check in and handled it professionally. Rom was much larger tban I expexted. Breakfast had many choices. All in all a very good stay. Would stay there again.

My son says to me, "Did your bed smell like poop, because mine did." Peeling back the blankets and sheets, there was a spot that smelled exactly as he described. I immediately called the desk. Waited 40 minutes for housekeeping manager, after no-show, we left. Staff was apologetic, but this experience was gross.

Our dark our blinds didn’t pull down and we have a flood light in our window. We called maintenance at 2 am, they came immediately, couldn’t fix it, said they would be back and never came. It was very hard to sleep.

Overall okay. Front desk staff gave excellent and very friendly service both check in and out. The property was okay in a good location. Pool was out of service and room a bit outdated not so clean furniture. The only real issue was a stain on bed skirt and I just covered with a hand towel.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay here for the Ravens game. There is a walking distance for a lot of things like restaurants and the aquarium and what not. Really loved how there was security downstairs at all times especially during a busy weekend for the football game! We loved our room, the space, the cleanliness, the bed everything was a 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and other people

The first thing we noticed was that our room was not cleaned particularly well as there was a bobby pin laying in the middle of the bathroom floor, wrappers and candy stuffed behind the chair cushion, and the floor didn’t appear it had been vacuumed well. I normally do not complain about things so I just ignored it at the time. However, we did not receive any housekeeping service during our entire stay. We had 5 guests in our room and only had 4 towels. I requested more towels on Saturday night and was told by the front desk they didn’t have any towels and to come back later. I came back on Sunday and requested 5 sets of towels and was told I could only have 2 sets, and when I got back to the room I had only been given 1 actual towel. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but the hotel seemed extremely understaffed and I don’t even recall seeing a housekeeper during our stay, as I searched for towels. We we staying with another group in the room next door and they had to be moved to another room on another floor because the blind in their room did not close and would not work. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

nice location.
This hotel is in a great spot in downtown Baltimore I must say…but when we arrived the bathroom wasn’t fully clean. We didn’t get much of a friendly greeting when we arrived. Also we saw hair around the breakfast area and when we told an employee they were rude about it. The bed is comfortable & the room is nice. This hotel does have potential…wasn’t bad

The good: The staff was great from the valet to the GM (Charmin). They will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They are very nice and polite. The bad: I've had better breakfast at other Hampton locations. Tip: when staying at this hotel... stay in the upper rooms. Baltimore is noisy all night long and the closer you are to street level the more traffic you will hear.

Hotel was a great location to both Camden Yards & M & T Stadium. Parking was hard. Parking was across the street in a garage or Valet Service. Choose to park in the garage myself & not many parking spaces available. Staff at the front desk very friendly.
