Fantastic stay for the family
We had a great time staying here. The property is huge and has everything you need for a self catering stay. Its located in a beautiful area with a large grassed area in the middle. The kids loved the play park and sandpit and we felt it was very safe for them to play there. We had a balcony at the back which overlooked a walk way along the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay
Really spacious and comfortable houses, with every amenity you could need. Nice welcome pack too. Location is just outside Kenmare but great for exploring the area.

Great stay
A very comfortable stay in great accomodation. Would be well suited to a family stay as there are 3 rooms or would possibly suit two couples. The accomodation is a short drive to kenmare town.

Jim the manager was nice and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted. Even though the exterior of the building are plain, the interiors are large, posh, and very comfortable. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator/ freezer. 3 bathrooms, one with large bathtub, so bring your Lush bath bombs! I was lucky and got one of the rooms overlooking the river. I will surely go back to Sheen Falls CC Courtyard.

The room very quiet... Location close to town... Bed a little hard. Over all very nice! Just give attention to detail! For the money there shove nothing dirty. But all edges, ledges, corners and behind furniture...were dirty and obviously not give attention in a while! Thank you for my stay!

HUGE condo!! Plenty of space for a large group! 3 bedroom 4 bathrooms HUGE! Lots of little extras like wine and chocolate! The basics such as bread, butter, milk and cereal as well as coffee and tea! Lovely kitchen to make meals and a separate dining area! 2 stories so plenty of room to spread out! Clean! Easy check in! Friendly staff! Horseback riding across the rd! Peaceful comfort
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheen Falls. Our family was midway through the loop around Ireland, and looking to catch our breath while we explored the Ring of Kerry area. The cottage was really great for this. There are about 16 cottages, each occupying two floors. It is VERY QUIET. The units are wonderfully appointed and supplied. We felt like we were back at a US/MEX timeshare property (in the best way possible). There is a ton of parking, and also a central children's play area. TV and WiFi worked fine. The unit was hot, which was counterbalanced by opening windows. I do wonder if it gets too hot in July/August, but not for us to say. Kenmare is very, very cute, and Kilarney is not too far, either. This was a great jumping off spot for the Ring of Kerry. We highly recommend this property. Please note that, if arriving by car using GoogleMaps, you will have trouble. First, the address plots closer to Sheen Falls Lodge, which is a different entity. You want to be 150 meters further east, and on the south side of the road (not the north). Second, if coming from the east (Cork, etc), do not turn at Roughty Bridge (before (east) of town). The bridge is incredibly narrow. Go through Kenmare and turn south on N71. Cross the lake on N71 and then follow the guidance from there.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Sheen Falls Country Club. Beautiful setting and accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches (bottle of wine, chocolates, and breakfast fixings.) Would definitely like to return.

Gorgeous property and top-notch amenities. It was as good as it looks online. My family and I felt right at home. Jim was a joy to work with - polite, accommodating, and full of helpful suggestions. Bottle of wine, chocolates, bread and butter were delightful touches. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful spacious townhome with everything you may need. Modern n clean. Full kitchen w stove, large frig, microwave ,dishwasher n even washer n dryer. All utensils, dishes n pots n pans provided. Nice parklike setting, easy parking and 5 min drive to town. Nice area for morning walks. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath unit and enjoyed it very much.

Lovely stay in a stunning area
We stayed in a 3 bedroom house. The area was very quiet and a short drive to Kenmare. The beds were comfortable. Very clean with good facilities - the washer/dryer was put to good use. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable and simply elegant town home in beautiful Kenmare area. We stayed with my wife and 2 kids (tweens). This was the perfect base camp for our tour of the Ring of Kerry. We had 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. The property managers communicated very effectively. We missed the check in time, but they left keys in a secured lock box. The home was stocked with some basics such as bread, milk, coffee, tea, etc, and a bottle of red wine. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen which helps immensely when you are travelling for extended periods and/or with kids. The complex is a short ride or a 20 minute walk into the charming village of Kenmare. This was great value for the money, I would highly recommend, and stay here again.

Great Accommodations! Easy access to several things. Center of town is a hub of entertainment
Very comfortable for 4 adults. Everything we wanted and needed to make our stay enjoyable. Close enough to many attractions. We drove the Ring of Kerry and enjoyed the fort, the towns, the scenery, the pubs, Valencia etc. Would strongly recommend. One difficulty was the noise of the hot water pump/heater.

Absolutely perfect!
We could have not been more comfortable! The 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse was perfect for our family of four. My hard to please teenagers were even impressed. The breakfast items and wine were a nice touch. The location is just outside of the town of Kenmare which was one of our favorites during our trip to Ireland. I feel like I could have stayed a month here. Jim O”Shea was very pleasant and helpful. I don’t have one complaint about this rental and can’t say enough good things about it.
