The area is a quiet area. The room needed to be cleaned. Vacuum wasnt passed you can definitely see. Restroom tub clearly had dark stains that could lf been cleaned with clorox, ajax, tub cleaner. Restoom floor tile also needed to be mopped. The bed cover had white stains. Front desk is friendly.

I liked how they had my key ready ,what I didn’t enjoy was the noise all night long and early morning room was dirty and shower was nasty

This is a lower end hotel that needs renovations, but the service was wonderful. There was a party going on across the street half the night and you can hear if through the walls of the hotel. They also allowed our puppy when others do not. I recommend not having carpet in rooms that are allowed dogs. The price was good for a fast place to stay during a holiday and the room was respectfully clean enough. Being main strip Carson and near a club pay attention to your surroundings as you would in any city. I would stay here again passing through because very few places in Carson allow my pit bull puppy or dogs in general.

The staff was generally pretty nice, however the room window did not have any way to lock it and there was evidence of some transient person coming in to use the facilities while we were out of the room. There was quite a lot of noisy foot traffic and people just hanging around outside the rooms and in the parking lot. After a snow storm the parking lot and stairway were iced over and no snow melt put out until 24 hours later.

The shower was not properly cleaned before being given to us. Prior to that, we had to switch through multiple rooms because three rooms smelled like smoke, and had residual water in the mirrors when we arrived. The rooms reeked with an unbearable smell, but the owner was kind enough to relocate us. However, the rooms were not very clean and a lot of different molds were visible in the shower area and sink area.

If I could give zero stars I would. The old man that checked us in was rude and unprofessional. Our room was completely filthy. There was huge black stains all over the carpet, it hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. There was drywall on the bathroom floor. Paint was peeling throughout the room. Both “chairs” in the room were filthy and one of them was broken. I found a bug in the bathroom (found it in the morning otherwise we would’ve left that night) I will NEVER stay there again. This place should be shut down immediately!

My husband and I were spending our first weekend alone ever. We have been together 20 years. Reserved this place as book now pay later over a week before our expected stay. The day of our planned stay, as we were leaving our home (6 hours away from the location) we get a rude phone call. Desk clerk stated they ran my card on file and needed an update credit card if we wanted to stay. I informed the clerk we deserve to pay at the property and would pay on arrival. I was not comfortable giving our card information over the phone. He asked rudely, well how long with that be. I stated we would be there in a couple of hours. He was rude and insisted I give him our info. I was so upset I just canceled. Called Expedia and complained. Expedia called and confirmed with the clerk what had happen. Ended up having to book elsewhere. The place we ended up staying was great! I would never again reserve at this place. Very rude and inconvenient.

There ants 🐜 in the room, moisture smell the ceiling was caved in as it had a water leak, the bath tub was really dirty. Too many homeless the steps for the second floor are broken and lots of homeless people the pool was closed and just felt very unsafe and very dirty did not like it at all

Not ideal for comfort.
I paid for a double queen bedroom in advance. The beds in 108 were NOT queen. The room had a musky smell. The pillows were flat, when we asked for more, they couldn't find any. We will not stay there again!

It was extremely dirty. The bed spread was filthy and had stains/ soiled spots(bodily fluids) on it. The carpet. Was filthy with many stains and there were tiny black bugs in the shower. I was very disappointed. It was my first time visiting the state capital and felt the hotel was in a great location. It has so much potential and just needs some care.
