Our experience at the Westin Nashville was far from what we expected. The hotel over authorized our credit cards by over $1500 then what we originally paid. After we checked out we received additional charges for beverages when the fridge which is electronically monitored wasn't opened during our stay. We were also charged twice for Valet parking which still needs to be credited and I had to file a dispute with our credit card. The staff was less then helpful referring me to our bank to have the over zealous authorizations removed. And although the charges for the beverages were not charged, we received copies of the bills with the charges one day after leading me to cancel my credit card and issue a new one. The staff onsite was not apologetic or empathetic. The management apologized and advised that they will forward the necessary feedback but didn't offer any type of remedy except that "The Westin may not be your hotel." Yes, It isn't. Unfortunately, I will never stay at another Westin again. We frequent New Orleans and I won't stay there either. I will never step foot in another Westin Hotel again. Marriot did a horrible job here.
