We stayed for one night after visiting Kyoto, and before returning home and we picked this hotel based on it's proximity to Tokyo station, which was where we were arriving and departing. The room itself was just 'ok' (a bit tired and small for 3 people), but the location was perfect for our needs. In addition to being convenient to the train station, it is right next to the high-end shopping district, which blew us away - a bigger concentration of high-end stores than we've seen in London, Paris, or NYC. It was also a convenient location for taking a bus to TeamLabs Planet, which we highly recommend (book in advance). And last, but definitely not least, they have a really good breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese-style, but some western options as well. You do not need to book it with your room, and I don't think it's actually any more expensive to pay for it when you're there, so that's what I recommend.

Super convenient location with metro stations just a few minutes walk away and literally in the heart of Ginza shopping district. Bathroom is a little bit dated but otherwise spotlessly clean and good size. Breakfast buffet is a highlight with lots of choices. The bed is on the firm side which suits me well (your mileage may vary and subjective). Overall it's a nice stay and I won't hesitate to come back again.

This hotel is centrally located and is near shopping and restaurants. They will call a taxi for you if you want to go somewhere. Coffee and juice is free in the lobby and they do have a restaurant and bar in the lobby as well. Service was exceptional. I would stay here again.

Great location but I would not stay again. Room did not feel or look clean. For the cost, it wasn’t worth it. I wish I had spent a bit more to stay somewhere else. Very small room but I was expecting that. I was mostly disappointed with the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel room.

A surprisingly good sized room with all the facilities needed. Everything automated from check in to check out although staff were in attendance with limited Engish. They Googled to get answers but they got them. Busy hotel with big Japanese contingency which is always a good look. Breakfast adquate although Japanese themed.

This was an excellent hotel choice for my first trip to Japan. The front desk is always welcoming and there is English-speaking staff. They are extremely professional. The lobby is well maintained with free amenities. Breakfast is extra. There is a restaurant within the same building as the hotel. I stayed on the women’s floor.** My only complaint: At around midnight, I saw an older gentlemen getting water on my floor. I was startled and confused. I’m not sure if he was a staff member or a guest. There is a sign that states that it is a “Ladies Only Floor”. I suggest there should be more surveillance or stricter security measures. ** The room was just the right size for a solo traveler. The only thing I noticed is that the carpet had staining, but it’s due to age. Your trash is changed out daily and any amenities that you used are replaced. More in-depth cleaning can also be requested with door signs. Even without doing this, my sheets were usually made. Location is top-notch! You are across the street from Ginza Six department store which has luxury stores, restaurants, a bookstore, cafes, and a konbini. I felt that this location was extremely safe, lively, and convenient. There are about 3 nearby stations all within 10 minute or less walking distance. If you can’t decide which area in Tokyo to stay, choose Ginza! Don’t let the luxury prices scare you, as there are also other options. I would consider staying at Hotel Gracery Ginza again next time I visit Tokyo!
