Dear Sir, we are sorry to read that you didn't like our Hotel. Our 4 stars are related to the services we have, just to mention some of them: Jacuzzi, Turkish Bath, gym, wifi and so on and this star rating is given from the region following several standards, it's not given by a personal opinion. Moreover, our breakfast is one of our strong points, as you can read in many comments, in fact we have a big choice of food, from salty to sweet, so we are a bit surprised that you didn't liked it. Dear Client, we are sorry but we have to say that it's really bad to read your comment, we consider it as strongly discriminatory against disabled people and we want to dissociate ourselves from the offensive remarks you wrote. Gentilissimo Cliente, La informiamo che le stelle di un Hotel non sono assegnate sulla base di giudizi personali, ma rispettano standard regionali qualitativi e comprendono alcuni servizi presenti in struttura, quali parcheggio, reception 24 ore, bagno turco, palestra ecc. Per quanto riguarda la Jacuzzi, essendo all'esterno non ci è possibile aprirla già in questa stagione poiché non trovandoci in un centro benessere termale sarebbe troppo freddo e poco piacevole per i Clienti, ma se avesse piacere La invitiamo a venire a provarla a partire da fine maggio con la possibilità di gustarsi un aperitivo nella nostra zona relax adiacente! Dear Sir, as you know our Hotel is fully accessible for disabled people, who can therefore stay with their family. In our parking there is a reserved parking lot for disabled that is close to a ramp through which it is possible to enter directly into the Junior Suites corridor. Through the elevator is possible to reach all the other floors and, in particular, the lift leads to the floor with the reception, the breakfast room, the sitting room, the Tv room, the terraces and the garden without barriers.The width of the lift with the door open is 75 cm and the depth of the lift is 115 cm. The Agency's reservation was made bad for a classic room , dividing the 9 nights stay on three different rooms(why?), and more without pointing out the serious health problems of the customer and making reservations with a non-refundable prepaid formula. So this is only responsible the Agency not the Hotel. We have helped clients with physical, motor problems, in any way. Their relatives who accompanied and "left" thanked us for our assistance. The sick client has been lost repeatedly by avoiding the little guard of the private guard and we found for her. In the description of the Hotel we do not mention the restaurant in the Hotel but we have a convention with restaurant just a few hundred meters away from the hotel we have proposed to the customer even with taxi service. We have assisted the customer with the utmost commitment, We are sorry for writing not exactly from the Guest.
