Does the job, has space, in a calm environment.
No reception makes it for a bit more complicated in terms of last minute changes or needs. Still, I got a warm welcome and everything worked as it. Should car park recommended but if you have anything midsize upwards, consider parking on the main avenue (Couronne) as the space is small. The apartment was clean but a bit on the "cold" side, bathroom showing its age. It does the job as an apartment!

Bel appartement, belle vue.
Bel appartement, 2 chambres séparées. Dans un quartier calme et pas de bruit. Accès au centre ville facile via l'autobus (20 minutes) au coin de la rue. C'est un appartement plutôt qu'un hôtel, mais un bel appartement.

Ha sido una experiencia positiva. No está en el centro pero tienes al lado el tranvía y el bus que te llevan al centro en 15 m,ha merecido la pena

Nice warm and convenient apartment.
Met by pleasant property representative who explained security and where things were. Useful two bedroom and well equipped apartment near to tram stop and convenience stores. Walkable to city centre, Brussels Park and European Parliament. Comfortable and warm which was nice for a cold autumn few days. Note there is an additional 50 euros charge for cleaning and be prepared to pay a deposit. Some minor faults (tap in toilet sink, stains on upholstery and cushions, shower hose connection) but overall a good place and good value. Would probably stay here again.
