Dear guest thank you for your feedback , the airport is 9.6km drive witch normally takes about 10 min at 50kmh of course this do not take into consideration traffic or drivers that “know better” than gps instructions. Yet again we gave you the opportunity to park just 100mts from the bnb in a “ private “ parking within the restricted traffic area ( that might be difficulty to reach as it is restricted ). We ask for your arrival time only, as it’s needed to organise your check in, we really don’t mind mind at what time guests decide to leave as long as it’s within check out tine. We discovered that you where planning to leave at 5am only when you got to the parking witch as a private company we believe they have the rights to decide their own opening and closing time. We solve you parking issues within the same phone call, not sure “at least” is the right adjective tho.. additionally we believe that the review it’s supposed to be regarding our business (your stay and the bnb) no parking and logistics!

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had cold at night, off course we have heating just needed to turn it on with the remote provided in the room. As the temperature that night was 24celcius turning on the general heating for all room might be a problem for all other guests. We are quite surprised about the noise as 99% of guest reviews state that it was the most quite area in the city.

The cellular data is needed for a moder automation that allows to open doors without need to carry the keys, but there a keys and anybody is free to ise them instead of the automation

Grazie per il vostro feedback. Poiché ho prenotato la camera economica, nelle foto è chiaramente mostrato che in questa stanza non c'è il bidet. A causa degli ultimi eventi, cerchiamo di andare avanti con la tecnologia e di inviare tutte le istruzioni online e di effettuare il check-in senza contatto. La reception è aperta dalle 10 alle 18, tuttavia tutti i nostri ospiti possono dire che siamo sempre reperibili telefonicamente e online per qualsiasi richiesta
