가격은 저렴하지만 비추천
썬웨이 피라미드와 매우 가까운 점은 편했지만 창이 없는 방이라 너무 답답하고 냄새가 났으며, 주변이 밤새 시끄러워 잠을자기 어려웠다.

内装のデザインがオシャレなホテルです。リフォームしてまだそんなに経っていないのでしょうか、清潔でモダンな感じです。部屋は広くないですが、必要十分です。アメニティは少なめです。シャワーとトイレの仕切りが半分しかないので、床が濡れますが、どういう仕様でしょうか？次回も使いたいと思いました。

Poorly maintain property. Can;t lock the door and anyone can just open the door from outside , the spring from bed can be felt when you sit on it. Left the hotel and move to another hotel nearby. Will not go again

这间酒店其实整体设计是新颖的，但最大的问题就是没有电梯。我的房间在三楼，我的行李又多，搬了三楼有点辛苦。

Just a one night stay kind of hotel
The room is run down, air-con not cold enough, room smell like smoke and there no lift but the service person at the counter is very helpful and is very near the malls.

Great location in the heart of Bandar Sunway. Our room showed signs of poor maintenance. There was a large patch of water damage on the bathroom ceiling. When we checked in, it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned after the previous guests as there were whiskers in the sink and no towels provided.. The night front desk person was very helpful, and the rest of the stay was fine.

Jam packed road. Noisy area. Poor house keeping. Poor Service Respond. Small and tight room. Overall not worth the stay.

No window
Room not suitable for the handicapped as there is no elevator, only staircase. Room description in expedia does not provide information whether room got window or not. Luckily I was compensated to my satisfaction. Overall it is a good budget hotel near attractions i.e. 5 min walking distance to Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid.

Nice cosy and cheap hotel
Nice Cosy and cheap hotel. Opposite is the sunway lagoon theme park plus shopping centre. Walking distance about 5 mins. Staff of hotel services are good!

My senior citizen parents were here for the weekend to attend an event. Although the hotel is near the resort, my dad was having a hard time going up the steps before the lobby. But it was my fault for not checking as well before booking. Luckily our room is on the same floor as the lobby, so he didn't need to walk up any more steps. The room is small but pleasant.

Small, Noisy, Dirty
The reviews seemed OK so gave it a try. There is no lift and steep stairs. Possibly the smallest hotel room ever seen, with no window. You trip over the bed as you walk in as it takes up most of the room. The floor felt dirty and sticky underfoot and the bathroom was seriously dirty. No cupboards, drawers or wardrobe and one coat-hanger. The loud dance music from the bar below kept us awake and did not stop till 3.30am, and this was a weekday. Our friends in the other room were kept awake by talking from the adjoining room. When the bathroom light is turned on, the exhaust fan noise is amazingly loud. This was the same in both rooms. Check-in staff were friendly however staff at 8am check-out were discourteous.

Great location and accessibility!
The room itself is sufficient for us to stay. The room was clean, the aircon was nice, the bed was comfortable and there’s drink water service as well. It’s very convenient to where we have to go. There’s 7-11 right at your doorsteps. The only downside during our stay is the soundproofing is terrible because u can hear the people next door talking, showering and flushing toilet. The pub/club outside I guess it’s an attraction for younger generation with loud music but it does come into the room and we do have a distance from the pub/club. Not to mention our room doesn’t have window for the music to penetrate in. Other than that, our stay overall was good

便宜合理尚算舒適
職員有協助叫車接送, 而且感覺友善。 床邊跟天花都是鏡, 但遇到的入住的房客都是遊客跟家庭客比較多, 所以要放這麼多鏡子? 熱水不夠熱 , 電視偶爾會看不到畫面 (是因為濕氣的關係?) 床上面有蝨? 黑色一點點的東西, 這裡有3層要搬行李上樓梯 晚上的時候會聽到狗叫聲，早上有烏鴉叫。

The place is really convenient and cozy. It is rather clean and the service is good. However, the place is not sound proof and I was able to hear people talking across the rooms and the sound of the TV/alarm of the room beside me.

Convenient, near to Sunway Pyramid.
A bit noisy! The hotel is convenient since near to Sunway lagoon & Sunway Pyramid shopping center. Nearby also have few restaurants & open until very late (may be 24 hours) & few convenient store.

Pleasant Stay
The hotel is only a year old so the room condition is still very good. At the time of booking the deluxe twin room was sold out so we had to make do with the double room. Due to the heavy cigarette smell in the double room when we checked in, we were offered the twin room as exchange which we happily accepted. The twin room was larger so there was more space for us to move about. The only thing I thought the hotel could have done was to install a shower case. The current set up means the whole bathroom floor gets wet after a shower, including the towel and clothing on the hooks.

Great for the Price
If you just want a clean, comfortable place to stay the night, this hotel is great. It's very cheap, new and has an excellent location. Downstairs there is the twenty four hour ABC restaurant which serves excellent food. The location of this restaurant to this hotel makes it worth it. Finally the staff if great. They didn't fuss to give me early check in. About the noise, there is a club downstairs, I am a young chap so I like some music. To me, the noise didn't wake me, I was able to get a lot of sleep. The only complaint I have is please install drain covers over the bathroom and sink holes. A little of the scent from the drains gets into the room. If these drains are covered, I think the scent wont come in. Finally there is no elevator, but I don't want to die of heart disease, so I rather take the stairs with my suitcase. The staff if willing to help carry stuff.

Nice style, a little small
Nice style, room was very small - I was on my own, it would be awkward for two people. Room was a little tired and a couple of small cockroaches welcomed me! Staff were polite, useful facilities like wifi and hot&cold water filter in the hallway. Everything worked well and there are restaurants right outside

Very nice hotel
it is good experience for my 2 nights stay.. eventhough they got water pump problem. The only problem is the bar downstairs sounds too loud. Other than that no problem & we enjoy our stay.
