Housekeeping and Engineering both when up to the room along with our General Manager. We were told by two male occupants that the room was fine and there was no smell. While guest comfort and experience is our upmost priority, we apologize our facility did not meet your needs. We would love to speak with you more regarding this matter, a member of our hotel management team will reach out.
