Feel at home의 느낌 입니다.
여러번 숙박한 호텔이고, 항상 만곡하고 있습니다. 아주 사소한 부분이지만 의견을 드립니다. 1. Front 에서 Check-in시 보증금을 하루 분으로 받지 않고, 하루분에 전체 숙박일을 곱하여 받는 시스템이라고 합니다. 이것은 하루분으로 양해를 받긴했지만 실제적으로는 1달라분도 쓸일이 없는 경우가 대부분입니다. 2. Elevator의 문이 열리고 닫힐때 마다 문의 몰딩부분이 떨어졌다 붙었다 합니다. 간단히 수리 가능 할텐데 오랬동안 손보지 않고 있더군요. 전체를 교체하더라도 고객에게 안정감을 주는 노력이 아쉽습니다. 3. Sky Lounge에 이번에는 오전에 근무하는 여직원이 Welcome home again이라고 하며 이름을 기억해 주는 친절이 인상 깊었습니다.

Really regert stay in zen hotel
I lost cash at this hotel jul 9 . But I did not complain. .that is my mistake I am not careful. If you book at this hotel, beware of valuables and cash. If you put your money on the table just like any other hotel, you will be lost forever. Worst Stef and the House Keeper Zen hotel l does not have the kindness of the staff.only External security personnel are kind. Every staff always not good face . It is the worst hotel. .Im really regret staying at this hotel.

자주 이용하는곳이라 예전과 비교되네요. 이번엔 5박을 했는데 많이 실망했어요. 타월도 제대로 교체해주지 않고 청소 상태도 그리 좋지 않네요. 객실 복도와 호텔 프론트는 냉방이 약해 많이 더웠구요.

일단 주변이 너무 복잡하고 교통 체증도 심하며 근처에 식사 할 곳도 마땅치 않았음. 호텔의 경우 베이 뷰는 좋았으나, 오래되어서 방음이 잘 안 되는 편이었고 침구류에서 약간 냄새가 나서 조금 별로였음. 조식이나 기타 서비스는 만족.

가성비 갑, 스타시티 바로 옆, 인근 교통이 좀 정체되고 주변 걸어나가긴 좀 위험함. 하지만 택시 잘 잡히고 셔틀도 하루 3회 정도 있어 MOA 가기 편함. 무엇보다 룸서비스 비용에 바가지가 없어 좋고, 가격대비 상당히 청결함. 아쉬운 점은 느린 WiFi

솔레어와 말라떼 사이에 숙박을 잡고 싶은 저에 경우 호텔젠은 좋은위치와 좋은 룸 컨디션이 였습니다. 마이다스나 헤리티지에 비해 비교적 최근디자인의 실내가 강점이며 역시 위치가 그랩이나 택시타고 다니기에 최상의 위치에 있습니다. 솔레어나 오카다등에서 숙박을 하지않으면서 밤에는 말라떼가서 노실 분들이라면 추천합니다.

The location, food and facilities are definitely the plus factors of this hotel. However, I booked for a club room and both rooms given have problems. The 1st room provided had a broken door knob while the 2nd room had water trickling from the ceiling. Definitely they need to check the condition of the rooms prior to check in of customers.

Grest stay friendly staff
Had sn smazing time here the staff are customer friendly. The only issue and a small one was that there was only one restaurant with limited menu. The building seems to need some attention but nit enough to ruin our time there.

location. I did found a flying cockroach during stay in our room. address this situation in the front desk and their were apologetic.

I requested a separate room and staff were amazing and helped me out immediately. Mel, Jane, John, Jonathan are the ones that I remember and honestly they were all great, awesome, and super friendly.
