It was like the entire area was shutting down. We were told they had free breakfast but that was not available. There was only about 1/3 roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for more. The room was ok but the tv was acting up and we had to change room because the tv was not working. birds were chirping all day and night outside our room.

Sometimes it pays to believe the reviews before your stay. This was one time. Smelly room, large cigarette holes in extra blanket, broken lamp, just generally a run down facility. Do better.

Worst place I ever stayed in my life. Would not recommend this for my dog. Mold on the ceiling, in the bathroom ,in the corner of the room. Cigarette burn holes On the sheets, Fingernail polish on the sheets. Dirty plastic forks with food on the fork behind the night stand. Bugs splattered on the window. Looks like smeared blood on walls and curtains. Very disgusting. Bathroom towels looked like they were 25 years old. Very Dingy white. Room smelled very musty and old.Refrigerator did not work. TV. Only had two channels.DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I wish I had a refund. I would not wish this upon my worst enemy terrible property. Do not stay there and I’m offended that Expedia even this on their list I feel like they stole my money.

Never stay!!!!!!
Horrible blood on walls and windows bedding cut up tables had standing water mold on every wall and the celing was collapsing.

Blood stains and stab holes in the bedding. Literally a piecebof a skull in the ceiling. The door was broke. The entire place is terrible.

Terrible customer service
I booked this place and explained that my partner will come late, but I’ll book for 2people and he acknowledged. Then, when she showed up, front desk person refused her to check in. I had to go to front to verify it. Next day: I checked out earlier due to my job. My partner checked out and re-organizing her vehicle, front desk parson confronted my partner that she is stealing linens from room. She did not steal at all. She is middle of moving and all her stuff is inside her vehicle. Front desk pardon threaten her to extra charge from my account. He does not understand customer service at all. He treated guest same as criminals.

Front desk guy was nice,albeit he stared at my gf a bit too much... room was kinda terrible though. Comforter and fitted sheet had pretty bad stains on them,very few outlets around the room,tv was cheap and the picture on it was wavy,the room was a non smoking room but coupd obviously smell that it had been a smokers room,the chair and footrest were dingy and stained really bad... the ac was off when we got in and took about 3 hours to cool the room off...the carpet was peeling up in multiple spots and had some black stains or mold on the ceiling and the walls. The mini fridge didnt work,the dresser was about to fall apart and was missing a drawer,the nightstands were wobbly and scratched really bad... The bathroom was surprisingly the cleanest part of the room... 2.5/10 overall. Its cheap,and you get what you pay for all the way here.

Stay away from this hotel.. couldn’t be more dirty.. carpet falling apart, all the bedding full of all kind of stains as well as towels.. I was taking a shower at 10am and the annoying manager started knocking the door asking if I’ll stay longer because check out was at 11am. Really?? Asked for a Non Smoking room and everything smell as cigarrete.. look elsewhere and soend couple more bucks to avoid this hole.

The room was sketchy and the area was not the best of area really unsafe if your alone I would never go back to the area or recommend anybody to stay

Smell of mold and mildew soon as you opened the door, dead bugs on the furniture and could feel spider webs as i turned on the lights. Due to Expedia and hotel management couldn't get a refund for the night. I refused to put my family in such a nastiness we paid for a room we didn't use. After checking room i took the key back to the very shady looking front desk and left. I would never stay at a place like this nor will i use Expedia again

Could not change room from 2 to 4 people. Made us get an additional room. No free breakfast and rooms were not great. No other options at that time at night.

I called this property before i booked the room i asked the guy did they have amoking rooms he said yes then i asked if there was a deposit he said yes so i booked the room as soon as i get there the same guy i spoke with on the phone then tells me that this property has all non smoking then when i aaked him was he the guy i spoke with on the phone he lied and said no but he was the only person in the office so i get into the room there was blood on the comforter burn holes all over the sheets they left cleaning supplies in the room this property doesnt get alot of business and i still didnt understand why he put me on the 3rd floor

Not a great experience
The smoke detector wasn't on the wall where it belonged. It was on the closet shelf dismantled. The toilet leaked from several seals near the floor so the floor was always wet in the bathroom. It was an accident waiting to happen.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked for three nights and only stayed for one, because we had no other choice. This is not even an Executive Inn, it is a random one-off called the Magnuson. The entire building REEKED of cigarettes, had nictotine staining everywhere. It was so bad that my face was swollen the next morning. We had to buy our own comforter and pillows because the staff refused to replace them. The floor in our room had random dried substances on the floor, DRIED BLOOD STAINS on the bedding, CIGARETTE BURNS AND ASHES on the bedding! Absolutely 0 water pressure, the "complimentary toiletries" was a single unwrapped, presumably used, bar of soap. No towels. Incredibly rude and aggressive staff, the night receptionist called me crazy for asking for another blanket. Just absolutely horrible. I never complain about anything, this is my first negative review I am leaving for ANYwhere. It was so bad that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!

It was so dirty, sheets and towels looked like they hadn’t been washed. The tv box said the words “camcast” on it so I believe it was a camera. The door had a big gap in it so I felt very unsafe in this place. All in all it was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had.

It was impossible to get the front Dess to come so I could check in then she was extremely extremely rude and unaccommodating. Then she charge me extra for checking in an hour and a half early when the broom was already there, she charge me extra for the children the rooms were less than satisfactory. They were not clean if I had had anywhere else in the whole wide world to be as I was it was full in Nashville yesterday I would’ve been on the road, but it was impossible so she really gouged us for extra money because we had nowhere else to go. There is absolutely not one redeeming quality about this place except it was the only place I had to go to. The breakfast is nonexistent. The door is close to the breakfast room and she wanted us to make an appointment as to when we were going to leave this morning to check out, I better not find another charge on my bill because we left at 7:30 this morning and they would not come to the front door . I am not in the hospitality business. I know things happen but this lady was so mean I cannot begin to tell you it would be great to get a partial refund. It was $100 more than what it said on line.

Sleep in your car before here.
The staff was not friendly when I checked in. They kept trying to overcharge me by saying they didn't see my reservation. Then told me my room door may be open to air room out. I got to room door was open and I went to turn air on and there were bugs flying around the window. One curtain had a big hole in it and the other someone had killed bugs on it. I will never stay here again because they had a no refund policy.

Roach motel
This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. I can’t even see how they are charging this price for the condition of the rooms. The furniture in the rooms are falling apart and there were stains in everything from the sheets to the towels. I had to kill 3 roaches while I was in the room. The staff was all rude . Thank god I only booked one night their check out is at 10:30 . They started knocking on the door around 9.

Property owners were a nuisance. Should have known to turn around when we checked in. They asked tons of random questions. Then charged us another $20.00 at checkin. On top of what we already paid. Not a deposit. But another charge. Then the next morning. Was trying to come in our room. Thirty minutes before check out. They tried opening the door. As they knocked and said “Housekeeping” then proceeded to tell us it was time for check out. My Husband then asked them what time check out was. They said 11:00am. It was 10:32. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Not a place to stay
First of all when we got there we couldn't get anybody to come to the window. quite a while later a lady come from out back look like she been sleeping. then we tell her there's two she makes us feel like we're lying and we've got somebody hiding out in the car she. She says you will pay $20 for anybody else staying. it was only two and we wrote two when we signed up for it. then we get up to the room and we're not allowed to lock the bathroom door shut the bathroom door cuz it'll lock on you. the room was nasty they didn't have any coffee. they didn't have any complimentary breakfast or coffee. when we got back the night to go to bed some lady had asked a man to her room and they called the cops because there was an extra in the room. I went down the next morning and asked if they had coffee packets. once again it took her forever to come to the window. when she did you could tell she was still sleeping. the beds were dirty it was just a nasty place to go. will not ever stay again
