The only problem was we had to turn the heat up to 85 to warm the room up and it was still cold in there… other then that it was a good visit

The room were dirty the ice maker were out of services the full 3 day every time that I had to go to the front desk I had to wait more than 10min because nobody were at the front desk the elevator was terrible every time that we used the elevator was shaking and making noises.

The elevator was a little concerning during our stay, with a lot of shaking. It was windy the evening we stayed, so the windows rattled quite a bit, but it was clean and the price was great for what we needed.

Good property, friendly staff. I gave 4 stars on property because it appears they are just finishing up major upgrades and renovations. And the area a 4 star , it just a bit congested outside the door..but good news..food..gas..and freeway are less than 1/4 mile away!

We booked this hotel driving from VA to Florida, it was convenient for us since we did not had to drive too far from 95. The property was still in remodeling stage, so some parts were not opened yet. Otherwise our stay was good.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it is located right off the highway you don't hear the traffic. Breakfast was good. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here. I will definitely be booking again.

We drove 12 miles out of our way to stay here because the Laquinta hotels have always been so nice. That was not the case this time. The lobby looked very nice, but once we took the elevator to our floor, it got bad. The hallway walls were all torn up, the carpet was old and ugly. The glass that used to encase the fire extinguisher was missing. Wallpaper peeling off everywhere. Ice machine was out of order. The bed had a big sinkhole in the middle. The rooms did not coincide with the beauty of the lobby, nor of the other Laquinta rooms we've had in the past. There was only 1 small trash can in the entire room. I had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer because they don't supply them in the room. This place needs some serious updating! You can't just have a beautiful lobby and let the rest of the hotel suffer!

This was once a very nice hotel, but it has not been maintained as well as it should. There were no locks on the back doors. Anyone could come and go unnoticed. The door on our room didn't have a strike plate on the door frame. The door was held shut by the door frame. There was an auxillary security lock. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast including eggs and sausage.

This One Gets a Solid C
The place was OK. If you don't look too close it looks fairly fresh, but then we notice the mildew in the shower, stains, scrapes and sloppy paint. Then, when I tried to make coffee in the room the little plastic drawer that holds the coffee bag was mission.

Staff was super curteous and efficient. Breakfast was decent. Juices seemed watered down. Very tidy and clean fir the most part. White comforter on bed was not clean. Area around the facility was not appealing, but can only discover that after arriving. Hard to take dog out and the pet area is not convenient.

Ok except...
AC/ fan very loud. Although it covers up the nearby highway sound. Got to breakfast at 745am on a Wednesday and 1 banana, 2 yogurts, and 2 pieces of bread left. There was cereal, eggs and waffles also. Tv very small. Blanket was stained so even though everything else clean, left a bad impression. Front desk very friendly and food/ bar place next door was good. Just an average hotel.

The property was close to where I needed to be. The rooms are in need of renovation. The handicap shower had a crack and small hole in the base. The water pressure was way too low. The flow trickled out of the shower head. The room was 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. Could have been a little more clean. There was one coffee creamer and one sugar. Only one packet of coffee. King size bed - usually have more than one person staying in this size room.

The place was rather run down and had seen better days. Parking lot was just barely big enough and big trucks took up alot of spots in the back. All spots in front were filled up. We had to change rooms because the mattress was disgusting and there were cigarette burns and stains on the chair. Sinks were broken and mold in the bathrooms. Bathroom fans did not work. Very disappointing for a place that charges more than 100 a night. There was nonstop barking of a little dog across the hall. Smells like cigarettes and weed in the hallways. Staff was nice and that was the only good part. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Pool was closed with a cover on it. Hallway walls were scraped up. Paint in rooms did not cover all areas properly. Room was clean and staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast was simple but fine.
