처음 들어갔을때의 이미지는 좋았으나 4박5일 있는 동안 2번이나 오후에 돌아 오니 청소가 되어있지 않았고 3번이나 전화를 했지만 수건만 가져다 주었다.. 침대 매트리스도 너무 불편했고 갈어놓은 시트에 머리카락이 두개나 있었다 기분 썩 좋지않았다

We mostly liked this place, but front desk could be a bit more flexible. We booked through Expedia and had confirmation that check out was at 11am. We made plans around that, but tried getting late check out anyway so we aren’t in a rush leaving. Not only could we not get late check out, they said we had to leave by 10:30. They said 10 is their checkout, however, we had confirmation with checkout time at 11. They wouldn’t budge. That arrangement between the hotel and Expedia should be their problem, not the paying guests problem. Besides that, the hotel and rooms aren’t the newest, but it is very spacious and comfortable except the super old mattresses that feel like water beds. Still worth the stay! It is great for large groups or families. It has a small theater you can reserve and have length of games for entertainment.

Very comfortable, nice location
The property was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great. Only downside is that the parking is completely inadequate for when the property is fully booked.

We’ve stayed several times at the Miner’s Club and we’ll continue to go back. While it’s located slightly away from shopping and restaurants, it’s within easy driving distance of everything. The location is quiet and it has many wonderful amenities. We especially enjoy the pool, game room, and theater. Some of the finishes could use updating, but we’re willing to look past those minor issues in exchange for the budget-friendly cost and convenience. We usually reserve the 4-bedroom unit which is very spacious, so there is room to gather while also allowing people to have privacy, if they want it. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests. I appreciate that the hotel provides courtesy items, including salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and sponges, so you have everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience.

Perfect Stay

Great stay, just don’t ask to adjust your our days
We booked a 3 bedroom unit for the weekend for a surprise party for my husband’s 50th birthday. Facility was great and very clean. It was pretty rainy weather so we didn’t use the pool area but the main game rooms were well kept. Wish there would have been more games. We had two main negatives: 1- we asked to add an extra night to our stay and was told that had to be done through Hotels.com as they didn’t handle reservation details. So we asked for a late check out instead and was told they don’t do late check outs. 2- was told parking was limited. 1/2 way through the weekend we noticed that the parking lot had never been more than 1/3 full of cars. We asked for an extra parking pass for one of our children and was told “no”. The staff was very friendly, there just didn’t seem to be much effort to accommodate guests. We will definitely return as it is a great place, we just make sure we have a more solid plan of how long we want to stay.

We were traveling with 3 teenagers and needed 2 twin beds in one of the rooms. The Expedia reservation stated that but the property assigned to us had a king bed instead. The property is dated and 1/2 of the property is managed by Wyndham and the other half is managed by time sharing company Rain Tree. If you want to stay there because of the location make sure you get a condo that is managed by Wyndham which I heard have been updated and look nicer.

Nice stay, friendly staff
Everything was good, other than a few minor room issues. We brought this to their attention upon check out, ad the receptionist sent a text to maintenance while we were checking out. The pool was nice and warm (October), and the extra game area was enjoyable. The only thing we wish they had was some cooking spray for those times we forget those things for the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the large 2 bedroom room. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool. The kitchen was handy but we only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t use much, but it was nice to have. I wish they had a better way to clean the jetted tub because the grime and hair that came out when the jets were turned on was gross.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Huge two story place with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, family room, formal dining room, two fireplaces and a nice kitchen. We were so surprised by how large it was! Wonderful amenities - pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, theater. In a wonderful area by Canyons ski resort. The only negative thing I could possibly say is that the lighting is a bit strange (weird locations for every light switch and light 😁) and the carpet a little worn but thise are incredibly minor details considering the value and how lovely our stay was. We will definitely come again!

Bath and sink drains were all broken. Toilets wouldn't flush well. Part of the kitchen counter was broken off. Carpet had tons of stains all over it. Black and bright pink so it was very noticeable. Besides that it was a great stay and perfect for our family.
