During the check in, I was told there was double booking this I wasn’t able to get the room with bathtub. After 15mins delay, I was assigned to a room with cigarette smell on level 2. So i had to run back to the reception with all my luggages, to be assigned a room on level 3. No help was offered to help us with the luggages. We were also given 4 days’ wifi instead of 5. The bedsheets were also stained.
Just when we thought our nightmare is over, our toilet door fell apart after shower at 10PM. A called to the reception, we were told to wait for the house keeper to come in 30 mins. After 30 mins, nothing happened thus we called again stating we can’t wait any longer as it’s getting late. We were then told to wait till tomorrow as the housekeeper is off work now.
No daily Housekeeping as well.
