Incredibly kind and organized staff that helped us get to and from the property with reasonably priced taxis. Very responsive and friendly, excellent service, unbeatable rooms.

Hände weg, wenn man einen Erholungsurlaub buchen möchte. Kurz nach der Hotelbuchung wurde ich von dem Hotel per E-Mail darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt, dass während meines Aufenthalts im September dort einige Hochzeiten stattfinden und während dieser Zeit deshalb einige Bereiche des Hotels für mich nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Tatsächlich fand an jedem einzelnen Tag meines dortigen Aufenthalts eine Hochzeit statt. Während der Feierlichkeiten, die in der Regel ab 14.00 Uhr begannen, war die Nutzung der Hotelbar nicht mehr möglich. Das Restaurants war tatsächlich nur an 2 Tagen abends für uns nutzbar Und ein einschlafen aufgrund der Hochzeitfeierlichkeiten und dem damit verbundenen Lärm grundsätzlich frühestens ab 23.30 Uhr. Durch die vielen Hochzeitsgäste, die alle mit ihrem PKW anreisen, ist es leider auch für Hotelgäste sehr schwierig einen PKW-Stellplatz zu erhalten, ob wohl die Hotelbeschreibung hier etwas anderes verspricht. Leider war auch der Hotelpool bereits geschlossen. Laut Hotelbeschreibung sollte dieser eigentlich bis Mitte Oktober nutzbar sein. Ein Fahrradverleih ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden und die Station, wo aufgeladene E-Roller stehen, befindet sich erst in der Altstadt von Bacoli. Also erst nach 20 Minuten Fußweg und Überwindung von 800 Höhenmeter. Das einzige was der Hotelbeschreibung entspricht, ist der schöne Ausblick auf den Golf von Neapel.

The hotel is in a delightful position, with great staff and great a restaurant. Views are fabulous from rooms and restaurants, staff helpful. Just be mindful when booking to check if a wedding is scheduled.

We had a fantastic five night stay in Cala Moresca. The rooms were clean and very beautiful. The breakfast was good and the staff were polite at all time. The swimming pool was also clean and big enough, especially because it was not very busy. Furthermore the staff was very helpful and they all talk english very well. When we left the hotel, I forgot my bag, where I put all my important stuff (laptop, wallet etc). The staff spent the whole day searching for it and sending it as a package to my home place in The Netherlands. I very appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely love this hotel! This was our third visit and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing! Always happy to help and are so very kind. Iwe can’t wait to come back next summer! The hotel is beautiful with a stunning view! So worth every moment!!!

My wife and I stayed at Cala Moresca for our honeymoon, and had a fabulous time. The room was very clean with a daily maid service. It had all the amenities we needed - tv, minibar, etc. The room had a spacious balcony with amazing views which overlooked the beach and the marina, and also the sunset. The hotel restaurant was excellent. We ate twice there during our stay. The food was lovely, and we were very impressed by the waiter/ maitre de who went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our evening. The food was also very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also great with a fantastic choice of continental, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, fruit, croissants, and cakes. The swimming pool was nice and clean. A little bar offered snacks, drinks and ice creams. We also took advantage of the relaxation terrace which had a sauna, solarium, and hot room. They were too hot to use given the weather but we took advantage of the hot tub which gave us the amazing views over the beach and bay. You do have to reserve which ensures that it’s exclusive and private. Overall we had such a brilliant time and was not disappointed. In fact the hotel, amenities, and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. The only thing I would advise anyone looking to stay is the the hotel is on a hill, which may be challenging for some. There is however a shuttle bus down to the beach and back up three times a day. We would definitely recommend the hotel, and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Beautiful place, room was outdated. Other rooms were renovated. Had a room with jacuzzi, water was not warm after 6 minutes. A women from the desk felt the water, said it was fine for her(24 c) not our opinion. The rest of the stay was very nice. Overall 4/5 stars

Fantastiskt ställe med underbar panoramautsikt. Modernt och snyggt designat, trevlig personal. Nackdelarna är den slingriga och smala vägen upp till hotellet och det isolerade läget. En brist är att det inte går att få lunch på hotellet och man öppnar inte för middag förrän kl 20.

The staff are nice. The views are incredible. The restaraunt is good. It's a jaunt from Naples (the taxi will take you for a ride literally and figuratively) but the port towns nearby are really quaint and there's a shuttle to the beaches

Booked this hotel as I was hoping for a bit of tranquility, however this is definitely a Wedding hotel. Every day was a wedding event with loud music and a crowd – so not exactly a relaxing get-away. Staff was very professional however not too friendly. And despite low occupancy, had to pay for an upgrade for a room with a decent view (which considering the loudness I’d expect the hotel to try and make my stay a bit more pleasant). Rooms are a bit outdated and should be a bit modernized. Location is definitely great with beautiful views.

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Die ganze Hotelanlage sieht anfänglich modern und schön aus, jedoch merkt man schell, dass viel mehr Schein als sein ist. Pool ist nicht gerade einladend wie auf den Bildern. Dazu darf man am Pool nur zu einer bestimmten Zeit essen. Das Essen muss dann auch von allen Poolgästen gleichzeitig eingenommen werden.

Great location with beautiful views. Very clean, staff was very friendly. The included breakfast is very good. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will most probably return again in the futur as well as recommend it to our friends and family

beautiful surroundings, not so nice rooms
Location is beautiful, they have onsite parking, we were on motorbikes. the hotel itself, lobby and surroundings, is so new and clean fresh stylish. the rooms are small and outdated, old bathrooms. the restaurant is fine dining, we did one dinner there, and it is nice but was overly salty and somehow looked a bit more fine than it really was. it was good, but not for the price, i would have expected perfection. oh but the view and the surroundings are so breathtaking! but the next day scootched down town for a nice pizza dinner and some gelato and somehow that was just as nice down in the harbor town! a few things we were not happy about: the communication. we were in the pool and there were no signs you had to use a swim cap. they asked us to get out of the water or put on swim cap. where am i going to get one if I dont have one? then they closed the pool door, without telling the people inside. so we had to climb through bushes to get out. also, we were on motorbikes, big bikes fully loaded. the parking attendant pestered us to squeeze into a small slot between 2 cars, as he meant he needed our slot for cars, and the bikes would just fit. yes, the bikes would - but there was no space to get off them, it was so tight. you cant climb off a bike at the back, you need space at the sides to lock and get to the luggage boxes. we insisted and he gave up, but he was rude and seemed upset. overall we liked it for the experience, but we most likely would chose other hotel

Beautiful setting let down by the rude staff
This place has the one of the most privileged locations I’ve seen and amazing restaurant and restaurant staff ( a special mention to Micheal ) who made our stay and the use of the restaurant nightly an absolute pleasure.. HOWEVER ! The overall experience was massively let down by the extremely rude women behind reception who not only continually ignored our saying the phone in our room did not work but also never answered the hotel main line every time I tried calling on that .. Most importantly my partner was shouted at for having to go to reception to get the key for our room (which had they have answered the phone we would not have done ) being told to get out we have a wedding on justdid it for me .. no excuses for that .. this is also a major issue with this venue, they mainly cater for weddings so most nights you will have loud music ect but more importantly you are left feeling somewhat second rate and in the way .. there quite a few other issues all surrounding the general staffing any there attitude but like I say the veiw was first class and the restaurant staff In the evening were superb

Bellissima struttura con spettacolare vista ma le camere decisamente troppe vecchie e poco funzionali per non parlare dei bagni..... Ottimo il ristorante come il tutto il personale. Altra pecca, non avere un lido a mare o dei posti riservati presso qualcuno di quelli già in funzione.
