We stayed for two nights and they didn’t make up our room for the second night. When we finally called housekeeping , they said we had to ask for it. But no one told us about this rediiculous rule for an $800 per night hotel. My last visit.

You need to completely retrain your staff, from the people at the various doors to the property who are aggressive and rude, to check in staff who are clueless, to bartenders who are not able to make even the simplest cocktails. You should hire a hospitality consultant to revamp evetyyhing. I paid almost $750 a night for the equivalent of 3 star service. I will call out that the spa was excellent, as was The Boathouse Restaurant.

Had such an amazing experience for our stay at Graton for our engagement trip. The staff was extremely friendly, nice rooms, and the restaurants were great. Highly recommend eating at the Daily Grill, Sergio was awesome!

Beautiful facility but taken back by them taking a 100.00 deposit when you check in. With a 700.00 room and then take a 100.00 deposit is insulting. They are clearly impacted with the state of labor, since service is slow and bartenders not have name liquor and not knowing how to make drinks. Its a casino drinking counts
