My partner & I stayed for a few days in hotel Estelar in Cartagena and it was delightful from start to finish. I was quite impressed with the customer service, the modern look of the premises, and all of the amenities. Every single person that we came across was approachable, friendly, and willing to help in any which way possible. Special mention to Victor, who assisted us at check-in & made sure to let us know of everything that was included in our stay & was very informative and kind. We ordered room service & a couple of other items and they were delivered expeditiously without any issues. The food by the pool is excellent, as well as the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was that the higher your room is in the hotel, the louder the music is from the rooftop bar/lounge but it wasn’t too bothersome. 10/10 would come back AND recommend to others. This place is truly a gem.

Rooms were great. They have an amazing breakfast buffet! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and most spoke pretty good English. They have a taxi service that will drop you off and come pick you up again, which was very convenient.

Great location, Beautiful property, Great views from just about any part of the hotel, great breakfast options. Impressive Rooftop Bar, Nice pool, and ordering room service was great. On the flip side, the water pressure in the bathroom was weak, the water color of the beach across the street is pretty dark and not appealing. If you want to see beautiful beaches, they are approx 45 min to 1 hr away. The restaurant next to the pool was mediocre.

Amazing ocean view. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help. If you want to be closer to the walled city this isn't the place. Definitely a nice hotel with great views and easy access to the Beach.
